PRESCIENCE Cost Level = Modifier Number + 3 Levels
Description The player may change his stone allocation after stones are revealed, up to a total number of stones equal to the Modifier Number. These stones may come from your Energy Reserve, Actions, or Defense.
Options • Limited Prescience (-2 to Cost Level): Can reallocate stones into (or out of) one Action only. You must specify which Action at the time you buy this Option.
Comments Note the new cost of this Modifier. This version of Prescience is cleaner than the old one. It allows for varying degrees of Prescience, and solves the issue about whether one should even allocate stones in the first place.
Rule for Modifier Box: • Prescience, May change stone allocation after enemy stones are revealed, up to stones equal to Modifier Number

I actually like this version better then the one in the book.It seems more balanced and easier to figure out if a character should be able to shift stones or not.

Hm, I should rephrase that. No, this is Spider-Sense. Note that the "player" may change allocation after become aware of the enemy attack. It should probably read "...player may change his stone allocation after stones are revealed..."
I'll edit that.
This is intended as a replacement for the Prescience in the game guide. As such, it functions under the same circumstances, only now in a more balanced and variable fashion.
I know... And it makes each Prescience character more special, like if you dont see your character as one with a sense as powerfull as spidermans (Which might be around 8 or something) well... then buy it at a lower rank... Instead of buying the whole thing for 6 stones.
