Ive thought about this for some time now.
* Things thats Always On: Still at +3 * Things that takes a action, but combines with something: Maybe this should be raised to +4, since the stones are free and combines...
Thoughts??

By "always on" you mean a gun that will always shoot without the need of "ON" switch on it, or a robot that will go on without any need of energy recharge (kinda like perpetum mobile).
And the other one... I think that action modifier (I mean the complex ones, not CC, RC or Healing:Medical or other basic human skills) should be based on "how expensive the Acion is". That would be just too bizzare, to have two devices: one adds to Force Blast while other to Mastery of Cosmos.

I've got a fairly simple question that I think fits in well here.
If I want an item that adds an advantage to an action my character has, how would I price it?
For example, the teenage superhero Sonicboom has "Sonic Blasts: 5" and he wants amplifier gauntets that add double damage to them. Does he simply pay for the advantage, (3 white) but only have use of it when wearing the gauntlets? On a similar note, since the gauntlets only amplify sound, would he have have to play for them to be exclusive? Or better yet, could he get a discount for being the only member of his team who can use them?

That's a good question. Personally I wouldn't ask him to pay more than the advantage like you said.
For the rules I think I'd want a static price available like there is for the AP and nullifies 2x options. Maybe 2 or 3 white for 2x and 4 - 6 white for 3x.
Exclusivity would be a white stone still just because that makes the item your own and can't be bypassed or even discovered easily. I can't imagine a discount for someone just because they're the only one who can use something, since that's as far as most people think in this game anyway.

Thanks for the input, Malice. That's about what I thought, but I figured it would be good to get a second opinion.
