Hey guys I’ll be in the process of moving to Japan over the coming months so I wanted y’all to know if I’m not posting regularly it’s because of that and not that I find any of your games boring. Wow, Japan! What brings you there? I have a friend who teaches ESL in Japan. Good luck with the move!  |

Work relocation for a few years. Then back to the states. But I’ll be relying on WiFi a lot so posting may take longer while I’m there.

I’ll need to learn this soon! (Advance warning: This is all boring biographical information about me.) I'm a quarter Japanese. My grandmother's from Sapporo, Hokkaido, originally, my mom was born in Yokohama on the navy base and they emigrated with my grandfather (he was a helicopter pilot in the Navy) and my aunt when she was about 4 (multiple places, the most time in San Diego). My Mom didn't speak Japanese at home, and I've only begun seriously learning to speak and read Japanese within the last year and a half or so (maybe 2 years). I know a few phrases and could probably have a very basic conversation without embarrassing myself (but there's still what I consider a very sizable chance of me embarrassing myself). While I could have probably typed that out in hiragana myself ('ganbatte Ninja-san!' or 'good luck, Mr. Ninja' because it's important to be polite, especially to ninja, even ridiculous ones) I don't know all the kanji there, so I cheated a bit with Google translate. |

I know I'm hardly in any games now, but I will be announcing that I will be gone for the next 2 weeks for Vacation. My apologies to the game that I am if I slow things down. I ask that you NPC my character if need be.

Having some technical difficulties with my laptop charger. A new one is on order but until I get it I won't be writing at length. Worst case scenario I may be only giving short responses for a week.

Been there, that sucks but at least has a simple solution (although fishing for the appropriate one is sometimes a pain). |
