I don't recall the healing factor (was the reasoning behind this that he's just a big reptile and some lizards have healing factors?) and I must have missed the movie/comic where he had a mental defense mod. I love that his Atomic Breath was made so powerful though (an area effect might be nice too).

I get the Healing Factor from the fact he's so hard to kill. He's very resistant to telepathy, so that's why I gave him a Mental Defense.

I just figure he's hard to kill because he's too tough for most things to hurt him in the first place

I agree with him having Healing Factor, being a reptile, it applies adequately. But Enhanced Healing factor is too high, it leaves Wolverine's in the dust, Godzilla don't do that, I'd give him regular healing factor.
I can't seem to understand why he has "Manipulate Radioactivity" given that I've never seen him do anything like that. I'd give him invulnerability to Radioactivity...maybe.
And his Atomic Breath, I'd giver him teh ability to accumulate stones. as for the Close Combat, I'd increase it to 7 and remove the weapon modifier option...please...he can't use weapons man...
Last check, I'd increase his Claws/Teeth modifier to +4 and lower the Mental Defence to +7/+8, he's not that hard to 'control'.

Maybe Mastery of Radioactivity with Force Blast, Accumulate Energy, and immunity to element?

But he isn't immune. They nuked the first Godzilla at the end of the movie

Well, being immune to radioactivity wouldn't make him immune to nuclear blasts. The sheer kinetic force of it would tear him apart. The immunity to radioactivity would make him immune to the fallout.

I gave him manipulate radioactivity, because he can do various things with the radioactivity in his body.

Funny, didn't Marvel used to own the rights to produce Godzilla comics...?
Oh yes, I see Lordzack already mentioned it.
Marvel missed a trick there, then.

The Godzilla from the movies was actually 400 ft. tall and he wasn't nuked at the end of the first movie although I guess it doesn't really matter unless you're figuring resistances. He was actually killed by a device that was dropped in Tokyo Harbor which removed all the oxygen from the water destroying all life in the area. He should be resistant somehow to all conventional weaponry known to man, never saw anything take him out. Don't know if resistance +10 is strong enough, maybe.

Yeah, they even worked out a deal that allowed them to reprint the Marvel books as an Essential Godzilla trade a few months back. Though it’s like the Conan one from early in the Essential series in that they’re only allowed to make one printing.

He was killed in one movie I saw, by Mecha Godzilla. But he was revived by Rodan.
