I would leave out the flight to, maybe switch it out for a bonus to his swim speed

According to the "increase scale" of the numbers, his strength makes him capable of lifting 64,000 tons.... That's the average weight of a Godzilla enemy monster.... So... that's the LOWEST I could put his strength and have it be believable...
On other notes... The Godzilla I made didn't have the ability to Manipulate Radioactivity.... He didn't have Claws and Fangs in the same modifier... I didn't include the Fangs because hell, it was enough already.

I think his Strength should be a lot higher than 10.

I don't recall the healing factor (was the reasoning behind this that he's just a big reptile and some lizards have healing factors?) and I must have missed the movie/comic where he had a mental defense mod. I love that his Atomic Breath was made so powerful though (an area effect might be nice too). He does in fact have a healing factor. It was hinted at in King Ghidorah vs Mothra vs Godzilla where he is nuke from the inside and blown to smithereens, but at the end of the movie they show his heart still beating. Also the only movie in the Godzilla universe where the first movie did not happen was the 1998 one. Actually it is "Enhanced" as he has the ability to regenerate even when every oxygen molecule in his body has been destroyed(Which effectively reduced him into skeletons). For the Manipulating Radioactivity thing he actually does have this ability. That is what his "fire" breath actually is, pure radioactive energy. For the Mental Defence thing I would definitely agree that he isn't hard to control, even though many have tried and failed to do so. Incorrect, they actually used an Oxygen Destroyer at the end of the first movie. In fact, it was stated in the first movie that he was woken up by a Hydrogen bomb. Also you are correct, he is not immune. The radioactivity eventually causes him to go into "Meltdown" in which he becomes incredibly powerful(and it was stated that such power had not existed since the Big Bang). In meltdown mode he only has a limited time before he eventually dissolves. Godzilla is actually neither good nor evil. His main purpose is to defend Earth, and we humans happen to be destroying it. In other words he is both, yet he is not. Godzilla's alignment is determined only by the movie he is in.
