After reading this I don't think it's accurate to what's happened in say World War Hulk. I just got done seeing the comic for myself, and was absoloutely amazed at the level of power that the Sentry and the Hulk were putting out. I mean the Hulk was supposedly at Maestro power levels, which looking in the Avengers Book puts his base Strength at 11, and his Close Combat at a 10. So for the Sentry to keep up and give as good as he took (only losing because puny Banner is tougher than puny Reynolds.) he would have to be g'damn. Not only for the reasons above, but I just realized that the Hulk was more than likely fully enraged when they fought, making his Strength a 19 or so.

Maybe the AN on the Sentry Powers action might be even higher (15?)

Maybe we can change it a little... Like instead of replacing his Str and Speed with AN, maybe he adds his AN to Strength and replaces his speed with it. Also, I'd add Tireless to his Modifiers. And maybe, you can do something like what I tried to do in a campaign (it got vetoed) Give him the Force Field at Action Number, but use the following to modify it's cost (Turn Force Field to a Modifier, Take away 2x Defense, Cannot Effect others unless Sentry physically interposes.) So that would give him automatic defense with nulls AP equal to his AN. I think that should cover it.... Maybe add the flaw that if he becomes to enraged his powers go out of control?

Been thinking about the Sentry Powers, and I think I may have solved the conundrum about the fact that the marvel system really shouldn't be able to support him and the fact that he's there...
Sentry Powers AN + 20 Substitute for Strength and Speed Substitute 1/2 AN For Agility Add 1/2 AN to Durability May Change Action Numbers/Abilities at will (After Other effects) Acts as Mastery of Light at AN wth the following options - Create Manipulate Light - Force Blast (2x or Area, Stun at Will) - Accumulate for Massive Effect - Flight at a Discount Enhanced (Animal) Senses at AN Free Mental Defense Free Toughness Limited Telepathy at AN - Edit Memories - Calm Emotions - Empathy - Cannot Read Minds Cannot be Improved by Lines Possibly Unleash the Void
Honestly, this is the only way I can see him doing the things he's done, at least that I've seen...

First of all, I think the Sentry can warp reality directly... I would put his power at "whatever he wants and has the will to believe he's capable of."
Second, the cost for the Action you've posted would have to be MUCH higher. AN+13 = the Phoenix Force, which doesn't do half as much as what you've got there. That Action would be more like AN +20

Doesn't the Phoenix Force have Mastery of Matter, which can do the same stuff? But yeah I can see your point... But I don't think there's anything in MURPG with more than +13 CL... *shrugs* That would be a fight though... Sentry vs Dark Phoenix... *sigh* Ah to dream...

Mastery of Matter is much more limited... it allows you to rearrange the state of matter to a pretty massive degree BUT thats still not the same as being able to say "hey, I think I'd like Superman to suddenly be vulnerable to ice cream, latte's, and oxygen." and having it happen.
