I think there should be an option for the house modifier Rage where the player loses control of himself more and more the angrier/stronger he gets.
My idea is that every stone of Strength the character gets, the character must invest one stone into Close Combat. Or, every time the character gets a stone of Strength, the GM decides how the character will spend one stone.
Any thoughts?

I think the developers had talked about a rule like this at one point, but I can't remember specifically how it was priced or if it was even anybody official.
I believe it went something along the lines of purchasing a modifier that allows your Strength to scale in a way similar to the Hulk's increase in Strength over the course of an Encounter.

I believe it went something along the lines of purchasing a modifier that allows your Strength to scale in a way similar to the Hulk's increase in Strength over the course of an Encounter. I actually modify the Metamorphosis Action (AN+6) to simulate Rage. There are some Disadvantages to be used to modify the action (some of them I made up). I don't have the books with me so bear with me. They are : One alternate form only (the raging form of course) -2 cost, Action to Modifier +3 Cost, Uncontrolled -2 cost (basically power out of controlled w/o device except no device), Delayed/spread out effect -2 Cost (amped up 'takes extra time to prepare disadvantage), No Healing -1 Cost For a total of AN +2 Cost. I thought about shaving the cost some more but I decided against it. You could argue that the uncontrolled disadvantage be worth -3 cost for example. However I thought +2 is pretty fair. Basically it is similiar to Growth w/o the oversize downside. The Hulk has this at AN 8. You could eaily customise this for other effects. Eg. Getting smarter (INT boost) , Spd Boost and so on. I used something similiar to this to create a super human version of Mr Furious (Ben Stiller's character) from the Mystery Men for a game once. ;D MadCap

In a sense, you already have to do that.. You have to be quite angry to gain the benifit of the modifier.. Which more or less means you need to do something voilent.. Or yel allot So im not sure if its worth a complete -1 to cost level..
