As a member of the knights of the atom, banner could have a 6 or 7. IMO

Could you imagine what would happen if the Hulk was on cocaine?

It would take so much coke to even begin to affect The Hulk, I don't think South America could produce enough.

Actually if this was the 70's, all the coke needs, is to be zapped by some gamma radiation and then you will see Hulk high as a kite. [glow=red,2,300]Hulk High[/glow]!!! Comic book science was so much more fun then. I want to see Hulk with an Afro and some Bling. Call him the Hulk Daddy. ;D MadCap

The "science" was a lot more fun, AND the complete lack of political correctness.
I actually have a few of those issues where Luke Cage was ripped directly from a blaxploitation film, and used to talk like a disco pimp (or Shaft)

"Where's my money, honey?" -the all immortal line ^^ Yeah, I do love Luke Cage, even if I cant find a good reason.
BTW: he needs a correct CAD too (Cage). His Spidey version is too... wimpy.

What I did to enhance the Hulks stats, (I could really care less about puny banner) is leave everything the same and add more to his rage... I added that every six panels he gains 1 more toughness, to a maximum of 12. And I use a rule that anyone can lift half their weight for free, but cant use them for attacks, unless its in the form of, lets say the Hulk lifting up a space shuttle (weight of 9 on the charts) and uses it as a +9 weapon to smash someone in the face with. (add in area attack to a weapon that massive if you like) Now the hulk fights like the hulk, and Ive tested it in game... Works like a charm.

I'm wondering why banner doesn't have Genetic Engineering. I know its not a popular action cause some gm's don't want you to use it, and its really not that useful, but when depicting a character like this i think it fits. I also think it fits with Sue Storm.

Other than (accidentally) himself, when has Hulk ever genetically engineered anything?

Yeah, would you mind supporting those ideas with some reference material? I only ask because, based on everything I've read about them, that one strikes me as coming out of left field.

Banner is a genetist not an inventor.
I would assume while not acctually altering other people in the comics, he has the ability to do so. Going off non-616 stuff in the Ultimates he was recreating the supersoldier serum...and then injected himself with it, having not so good an outcome. But that is still genetic enegineering (at its greatest, pulling one of those red stones or white i can't remember and dont have the book on me.)

Actually, in 616 Banner is a physicist and an inventor. He created the gamma bomb. Thats how he came to be.
Though, in general, he's never been shown to be all that great an inventor, either.

Yea especially as he thought his gamma bomb would destory buildings and leave people hunky dorry, some physicist he is Oh what's that I gave people three hundred thousand times the lethal rem dosage of radiation? No worries they just turn into the hulk \o/

I think they just mention him being a great scientist, and then that gets changed into inventing and like i was seeing genetic engineering.
