I'm trying to figure out if I can work with these 2 actions to form an effect for a character I want to build.
I'm a bit foggy on how exactly Fireworks can be used. The thing that caught my eye in the book was making a bubble of energy. I want to be able to have a character that forms bubbles of energy like that, and can use TK to float them around and pop upon impact. The only reason I feel TK might be needed for it is if I don't pop the bubble in the same panel that I make it, I'll need a means of keeping it afloat so it doesn't pop itself.

You don't need TK. Fireworks does all that already. It actually specifies that if you put energy into a "firework" and then don't explode it, you can reabsorb the energy.

Like I said though, would you be able to keep the bubble out and floating around for multiple panels until you wanted to pop it?
This is part of my fairy character in Goats' halloween-spooktacular. Fireworks seemed a good way to represent their sparkly fairy... dust... stuff.

In my opinion? Yes you would.
Its never clearly stated, but from the statement that you can re-absorb the energy if you don't "pop" them I take it to mean that they hang around until you do.
Dazzler was certainly able to walk around with lights twinkling around her

Just remember its all limited by your AN, so while you can "float" one of your bubbles more or less forever... the most you can have "out there" at any one time can't be greater than your AN, so you can't stack up a bunch of really destructive bubbles and float them with you everywhere you go until you need them.

What if the element for fireworks was psychokinetic energy?! Could you use fireworks like a mild TK?

It would still do the exact same thing as fireworks. It wouldn't suddenly allow you to lift and move things.

What difference of effects would be psycho-kinetic and light-based fireworks? Or would there be no difference?
