Yes, his Acrobatics is ridiculous, especially with mods. Dick Grayson is widely considered the best acrobat in the universe and is actually specifically the only person capable of a specific maneuver (The quadruple somersault). He deserves being able to out-flip Daredevil. He's also an incredible leader, but he's been described as "the soul of the DCU", so... Honestly, given how irresistable he seems to be to certain parties *cough*everyfemaleintheDCU*cough* I probably could have justified a higher Social Skills.

Equipment:
Costume - +2 Armor, No AP, No 2x Damage, Fire Resistant (4), Insulated (5), can be made +3 Armor but will inhibit Acrobatics. Nightwing's armor is a bit lighter and has fewer armor plates than the Batsuit because of his acrobatic fighting style. He has additional plates in case he runs into an enemy who is both fast and strong. The mask includes a radio communicator and night-vision lenses (Enhanced Vision - Night Vision). Adds +2 to Stealth due to light-sensing material. Equipped with wings that allow him to glide when necessary. [Flight 2, Glide only]
Gauntlets/Boots - +1 Weapon Mod. Contain compartments which contain various gadgets, similar to Batman's utility belt (though he also has a black utility belt in case he needs additional equipment). Release a taser-style shock if someone tampers with the compartments, and can self-destruct. The right gauntlet contains a high-power (100k Volts) taser, which does +2 stun damage.
Escrima Sticks - +2 Weapon Mod [each], two, located in their own spring-loaded compartment on Nightwing's costume. Can sometimes include a grappling hook (40-yard, retractable micro-cord with sure grip, can raise up to 3 stones in weight. Adds +2 to Acrobatics), though he sometimes carries a typical line-gun instead for convenience.
Various Gadgets - Like his predecessor, Grayson has been seen to use a variety of gadgets for combat and other purposes, including:
-Wing-Dings (+2 ranged weapons, +3 to disarm, return to thrower's hand if they miss the target. Has a dozen per mission.)
-Grappling hook (40-yard, retractable micro-cord with sure grip, can raise up to 3 stones in weight. Adds +2 to combat or Acrobatics.)
-Smoke pellets (+2 to most escape attempts, Area 3, 6 per mission)
-Flash/Sonic/Knockout gas pellets (+2 Wpn.modifier, Stun damage only, Area 3, 6 per mission)
-Signal devices for his various vehicles
-Tracking Devices
-Flashlight
-Forensics kit
-Lockpicks (+2 to Lockpicking attempts)
-First-Aid Kit (Heals 1 white stone of Health, once per mission)
-Common antitoxins
-Gas mask
-Miniaturized Scuba Gear (1 hour air supply)
-Mini-computer
-Handcuffs
-Toolkits
-Flares
He can store these either in his gauntlets and boots (which have special compartments) or a black utility belt he sometimes wears.
Motorcycle - Customized, high-power motorcycle.
Challenges:
Haunted Past (2w) - Dick Grayson's family, the Flying Graysons, was murdered, but Dick's largely come to terms with the help of the Bat-Family, the Titans, and the number of other supports in the superhero community he's had. Still, it's the event that motivated him into joining Batman's crusade against crime.
Deadly Enemies (5w) - As the former Robin, Dick Grayson has a long list of enemies, including the Bat-family Rogues Gallery and the enemies of the Titans (Deathstroke especially)
Compulsion to stick up for the underdog (3w) - Dick takes from the Superman school of superheroics, and tends to hold himself to a pretty high standard.
Prying relations/associates/friends (2w) - Alfred still sees Dick as a son and tends to do his best to keep an eye out for Dick and keep Dick and Bruce from arguing too much.
