Thanks for the advice. I love necromancy and it is really appreciated. The original idea for the character is that he was a mutant "Freddie" (though using his powers for good) . I believe his origin may still be here somewhere. A "Good Fairy" died and he inherited one of her powers and many of their enemies. You see an evil dream "Freddie" was sent after them and his Mutantcy allowed a defeat that led to empowerment.

I hope this is not considered necromancy and answered. I remember discussions with multiple GM's concerning multiple games, super-heroes included & the subject of how powerful should beginning characters be? I have always had trouble creating "PC's" within base PC starting limits --- all games. One problem is realistically, many of my PC's have beginnings, long ones before the start f the first adventure. Marvel 616 is a big world and just because readers don't know of an inner-world doesn't mean people aren't experienced within it. How do you handle these semi-experienced, but not "Wolvie" starters. Thanks.

Sould be easily combinable into one action. could be called healing, medical/psychological for example.

This is a third character creating "?" . I have a quick, fast "PC" Girl who can add Acrobatics (an Action on her CAD) to her Close Combat (she is a stunt woman) when she does "stunty" moves during combat. Now, an idea would be for her to add GP stones to her combat = Act#, but I have no idea how much would cost. If that would be too much for a 40-ish PC (with other things to buy) , please tell me appropriate correct pricing. Help . . .

If you want her to be able to add free stones as a Modifier, price it like Claws.

Or for cheaper, +01 to combine the two actions and pay the energy accordingly. (Close Combat w/ Str + Acrobatics w/ Agi). Yeah, exhausting.. but so is actually doing sll that caperara sh*t without the circle of NPC's chanting regea music.

Yeah, exhausting.. but so is actually doing sll that caperara sh*t without the circle of NPC's chanting regea music. Acrobatics automatically does this with no need for the +1 CL. It's in the description. Acrobatics is a pretty good Action. It can allow "normal" humans to travel at superhuman speeds, provides automatic resistance to falling damage, and adds to CC when they're used in the same panel.
