Help With another Ghost Rider CAD needed…

The following CAD is what I have so far for Rinjo's Marvel 177 Universe game. I have several questions/issues as to the pricing of this character:

- The transformation rules on buying Actions are kind of confusing. Did I purchase things accurately? Actions with only one number are combined and can be used in both forms at the AN.
- I do not know how I should price the vehicle summoning.
- Again questions on the Hellfire shotgun should be brought up. Range, addition to ranged combat, ect should all be addressed.
- I also have added some unique abilities and priced them as best as I thought they should be priced.


Questions, comments and concerns are all welcomed to help me with this character.

Okay, just a few notes that might help-

• The cost break on your mastery because you can only use it while transformed is not something any aware GM would allow- because you have transform self, and you have it at A# 0 in your other form anyway- that is your cost break right there
  
• For the bike- price it as Flying or Wall-Crawling, that's all it is really.

Ahhhhh... I see what you mean. I put it at -2 CL there because they said in the main book that Hulk got a -2 CL to his transformation because his was uncontrollable too. I don't know where or how I should place it... so I put it there under an obvious section.

Yeah, the Hulk thing is an oversight from an earlier incarnation of the rules, as Transform Self doesn't have a CL, it's a challenge though.

Like I said- keep things simple- You 'summon' the bike whenever you use the action. If you really want, put the -1 Takes Time to Prepare on it. But I don't think it's necessary.

Actually, in order to keep it simple... I think I'll just put "Summon Vehicle" under Vehicle Operation as a Speciality! Thanks for the help! I'll upate the CAD here shortly to reflect these things!

Yes. The CAD is what I have so far for Rinjo's Marvel 177 Universe game. It is a persnal creation.

Hmmmm... dunno about that. Io know there are several Ghost Ride CADs floating around here.
