Just throwing an idea- how about we change take out Pyro or Avalanche and instead put Shocker in? No particular reason for that, maybe just the fact that Shocker is way cooler then those and a lot of us would like to have his CAD for a meatbag. Just saying.

I kinda think that Bullseye's CAD is well done in the main book It actually is because he's a Ranged Combatant which is very functional in MURPG 1. Efficient works well on his Ranged Combat (as you already know ) as might an agility or strength bonus (also with efficient). In MURPG 2.0 he'll have more energy, something like 15 or 20 (Has Adamantium Skeleton been discussed for 2.0?). In which case he could probably do with a bit more recovery too, maybe make sure he can get all his energy back in 3-4 panels. Just throwing an idea- how about we change take out Pyro or Avalanche and instead put Shocker in? No particular reason for that, maybe just the fact that Shocker is way cooler then those and a lot of us would like to have his CAD for a meatbag. Just saying. Shocker's CAD is actually in the Avenger's guide in the NPC section if you're interested in what he looks like in 1.0. If you don't have that guide I could send you the information later today if you wanted. I don't remember if it's any good, but I think it might be OK since he gets lots of free stones from his suit.

I know where he is. Im just saying that IMO he should be in 2.0 from the start.

Shocker isn't cooler than anybody. I'd rather work up a CAD for Robbie Robertson than The Shocker.
Shocker = generic force blaster. *yawn*

He's not listed under Ranged Combatants, he's listed under "Scouts" because he basically sucks at the other stuff.

LOL
Okay, well my point is that I'm just confused as to how one of the most absolutely generic "guy who shows up to get beat down" types and whose primary power is... the same force blast that dozens of other characters have... should oust people like Pyro.

You answered your own question, WK. Becouse he's a "generic Force Blaster who gets beat up by everyone". One of those characters that comic book superheroes face most of the times. There's only so much world eaters, reality manipulators, overlords and alien invasions we can take. Sometimes a generic villain is a good breath of fresh air.

And he is after all named after a sexual manuver! ... So I say toss him in the suppliment!

No offense, but you're making an awfully sorry (and obvious) pitch to get one of your favorites thrown into the mix. He doesn't deserve it, and he doesn't belong in a cache of Marvel's best. Sorry dude. By your argument, we could take up 30 pages just with Spider-Man's worthless throwaway opponents. That might be cute for a Spider-Man supplement, but its bad policy for a core book. If you want to put worthless jobbers into the book, at least pick ones with universal appeal as opposed to the ones that only fight Spider-Man. I mean, we could toss Klaw, Whirlwind, and Weather Wizard in...

I don't like the Shocker that much, but he did fight the Avengers in the Masters of Evil of at least 2 incarnations and his CAD did make the Avengers book because of it. Just sticking up for his unversal appeal argument.

Saddly... Pyro and Shocker enjoy the same positions in my view... Both to me are throw away villains... The only difference is one is a Mastery and the other is a Tech-Force Blaster type...
Really... that's the only difference here... they are interchangeable IMHO

Okay, fine. But why him?
Frankly if we're going to waste space on CADs for guys whose entire purpose is to get smacked around by heroes, I can think of a dozen who are better than The Shocker... who at least have some unique CAD element that makes them worth displaying
At the end of the day though, in all honesty... none of them warrant more than a stat-block, if that.
Any GM that can't figure out how to make The Shocker probably shouldn't GM.

LOL! Well... How bout The Spot? He's got some interesting CAD elements.... And he's just as much a throwaway villain as Pyro and Shocker.
