Dude, its 1985. Nobody outside of Israeli special forces knew what Krav Maga was, much less would have included it in their standard arsenal of martial arts.

I'd suggest toning down these CADs a bit. I mean- I get that Silk Spectre is beautiful and charming, but nothing about anything she does in the comic or the film suggests that she has Social Skills: 6 (which would put her on the level of some of the best negotiators, diplomats and con artists in the world)- in fact, you'd have to argue pretty hard to convince me that she has more than Social Skills: 3.
Also, although Rorschach is undoubtedly gifted, he doesn't have genius-level intelligence. In fact, many of their actions and modifiers seem much too high (Reflexive Dodge: +3 puts Silk Spectre up to superhuman levels. Why does Rorschach need "Tracking: 6" and "Detect/Pursuit: 6"? He's Rorschach, not "the Amazing Tracker-man". His standard method of getting information is to go to the nearest bar and break peoples' fingers until someone tells him what he wants to know. Also, both of them have Acrobatics and General Knowledge scores that seem a bit too high. I'd say no more than '3' for each of them for Acrobatics, and no more than '1' or '2' for General Knowledge (outside of a few specialised areas, neither of them seem particularly worldly or well-informed).
I'm not going to quibble about the extra options you've given to their Close Combat scores. It makes fighting more interesting and it separates the experienced martial artists from the common thugs.

Also acrobatics 4 puts Rorschach to Daredevil's level also and SS to be even better than DD.
If someone may know Krav Maga it would be Ozzy because he traveled around the world and learned different martial arts, yet is unlikely because he said he learned Kung Fu. Also he is a better candidate for high general knowledge and social skills/statecraft.

Ooh, some excellent decisions in that build. I would even go so far as to perhaps add Overstrain to his Limited Prescience (Defense), thus allowing the occasional bullet-catching. It's not a perfect fit, but it's a start.
edit: Before I forget, you're totally right on that Krav Maga call, WK. I was trying to match up some of the action from the film to martial arts I've seen, and while it wasn't exactly perfect, I saw a lot of weaving in and out of opponents, joint breaks, nerve hits, and disarms, so I figured "Hey, kinda like Krav Maga," totally forgetting that the western world doesn't hear about that until like the mid 90s. Maybe I should just change it to "Overwhelming Odds" or "Vigilante-specific Training" or something. Suggestions, anyone?

I don't think Rorschach has an Enhanced Human Durability. Maybe Peak Human (3) but not Enhanced. I also don't think that Criminal Underworld should count as a deadly enemy. I'm pretty sure that would qualify for every super hero ever, no matter what they do, for an extra stone. Also I don't think Rorschach tracks anything. He seems to just beat the information out of anyone he thinks might help...
