As my favorite X-Men villain and probably my favrotie overall Marvel villain too, I felt a few things were not quite right about Mister Sinsiter's CAD in the X-Men Guide so I tweaked him a bit. Originally, I wanted to give him a modified Supress Mutant Powers that could be used at will, but the Mental Block option under Telepathy servers this purpose well enough, I think, so removed it in the final version below.
