Hi guys, I'm new here. I'm fishing for input on a campaign I want to run for my gaming group.
The entire campaign would be loosely based on my first character I ever made for Marvel. I had no idea how the system worked so the GM told me to look through the books to see what kind of powers I wanted. I said energy reflection/absorption, super-strength and photographic reflexes. The GM said that would be pretty hard to justify and wouldn't make any sense. I said that Jake (super awesome super hero name I came up with) came from a weapon-x type program, the head honcho of which was a healing mutant. This healer was told that, due to budget cuts, she could only keep 1 of her 3 subjects.
The healer was dismayed, until she decided to take the muscles from her strong mutant and the eyes and brain parts from her photographic reflexes mutant and put them into the mutant with energy reflection/absorption skin. She was delighted when she realized one mutant was a lot easier to brainwash than three.
The starting campaign is when S.H.I.E.L.D. contacts my players, enlisting them to find out why a feral Spider-Man like mutant with Deathstrike-esqe claws is robbing banks in London.
I am not asking for you to put in the effort of writing up CAD's for me, but what would be some scary graft ideas of Marvel heroes and villains?
And no Juggerhulks. I am a kind and compassionate GM.
