Considering he kinda caused the Civil War with that nice explosion he made, i'd like to have stats for him. The only problem is, i don't know that much about him. If any one could help me. I'd appreciate it.

I'll throw out my best ideas as to what he might have.
Int: 3 Str: 2 Agl: 2 Spd: 2 Dur: 3
Health: 3 Energy: 9
Actions: Close Combat 3 (Str Bonus)
Ranged Combat 2
Explode 5 or 6?
Social Skills 3
Modifiers: Reconstitute Self
Wealth (0)
----------------- That's my best guess. Does anyone wanna help me with this?

That all seems pretty right for Nitro, he is if no completely a average human, its just he can explode at a very large rate and reform

He also has 'nitro punches'.
Basically a combine with Close Combat action linked to his exploding.

Wasn't Nitro more or less nothing but a goober villain before Civil War?

Wasn't Nitro more or less nothing but a goober villain before Civil War? Yeah. His previous claim to fame was to cause Capt. Marvel to 'catch' cancer in a battle against him. (There was an explosion that caused a chemical spill. The spill contained some sort of super carcinogenic.) But apparently Nitro was using something called Mutant Growth Hormone (MGH) during the Stamford Incident. Taking this gives non-supers superpowers (standard super strength, durability), but gives superheroes a power boost. MadCap

He must be a real goober villain, if he causes a whole civil war and doesnt get responsbility for it......

Its a sad fact that oftentimes, the people genuinely responsible for major catastrophes aren't seen as the culprit by the general public. People all too often would rather blame someone they can focus on day-to-day (like omnipresent heroes) than someone they can't see (like an exploding super human who has gone into hiding)

Nitro does something like that as well. Considering he can't do the exploding thing too often. He'd make a lousy villain if all he could do was blow himself up. MadCap

Okay... I have to say, the geek in me just SCREAMS at the idea of secreting nitro through one's sweat glands, and then punching people with it. That may be one of the coolest power explanations I have ever heard, ever.
Does this Powderkeg guy somehow not hurt himself when he does this??

Apparently he's immune to his own power, though is super strong and highly resistant to injury anyhow. The compound creeps through his skin, and on impact, creates small explosion like detonations. It is, indeed, pretty freakin cool!

His powers are pretty cool, and you should also give the action
Ability to start massive controversy with a large explosion: 10
