How did he get so disfigured. I googled "deadpool unmasked" and it wasn't a pretty sight...

He got disfigured because of the Weapon X program.
If I remember correctly he signed up for the Weapon X program because he had cancer and he was dying. After the people at the Weapon X program let him simmer in a chemical vat, it left him disfigured but with great regenerative properties.
The cool thing about Deadpool his no one can copy his DNA or powers because they are specifically designed for him and his kind of cancer. You should pick up Secret Invasion [Deadpool], it illustrates that point perfectly because they tried to copy his healing factor in with their super skrulls and it did not work out.

For sake of not entering the gamebreaking territory, lower the swords to just +2 each. Otherwise he'd be a pain in GM's arse to have in battle. Same with guns.

Little bit late, I know, but I'm pretty sure canonically, Deadpool can lift several tons (3-4, iirc), so up the strength?

Actually lift 3-4 tons? Nope, but I'm looking. Possibly hopelessly, given that most online sources agree with you, that he "merely" has peak human strength. However, I do remember several instances that hinted at more than human strength, including one in which he traded blows with spiderman, which would imply superhuman strength (inconclusive, since spidey has some physically human foes who fight with him) and the issue in which he broke that terrorist leader's neck (or crushed his throat, I forget which) with two fingers (a feat which, one might argue, captain america is quite capable of replicating).
Still, the search gives me an excuse to look through my collection of deadpool comics, so I'm not complaining.

I know that this is very late and all that but shouldn't Deadpool have teleportation?! Seriously that is one of the reasons I play as him in the marvel ultimate alliance games. That and abusing the move where he jumps and throws four grenades like crazy...Edit:Please ignore this. I just remembered from this collection of Deadpool comic books that he uses a device to teleport. That is when I noticed it under equipment...I got to remember that not every single power is natural. I seriously wished I remembered that before posting this... Also does anyone know if actually does have super human strength?

Deadpool never displayed super human strength when I read comics, but that was a while back.
What I question is Social Skills 5. The only appreciable social "skill" Deadpool has shown is annoying people and pissing them off. That, to me, implies a distinct lack of social ability, and certainly not an AN 5. I understand that the character is liked by many fans, but thats largely because they don't have to tolerate him in their every day lives. I've never seen anything in the comics that suggests he's very good at things like conversation, tact, manipulation, etc.

He has never been able to talk his way into more pay for a job, in fact he generally talks his way into lower pay.
