Nice! A CAD of Scourge... I only saw him once in a book, so I didn't know much about "him", even less that there were more than one. Thanks for bringing this guy back to my memory (However, since I don't know him at all, I can't comment on the CAD, but I'll use it anyway. He was looking cool...) Have the Scourges a particular story?

Sort of. "The Bar With No Name Massacre". 18 villains gunned down by one Scourge operative.
They've also nailed characters like Red Skull (The communist version) and Death Adder.
Their special guns are 5 shot clip modified Thompson Machine Guns, with a distinct sound effect of "Pum" for firing, and "Spak" for the shot through the body. The rounds are armor piercing and explosive. That's what my information tells me anyway.
Think of this CAD more as a "template", since individual members may be more or less skilled.

Got it: a template, not an individual.
Whoa. Pretty efficient for a human... And the modified Thompson machinegun's even deadlier than Warmachine's minigun...
Are these Scourge guys operating as a group or is there always only one at a time?

There's several, but they try to keep up the belief there's only one Scourge, period. Most people in the comics don't know Scourge is a group, not a loner.
And deadlier gun, yes, but only five bullets per clip, so it'll get used up in a victim in one go.

I like this concept. Thanks for the explanation.
