I believe it is canon that her ability to co-ordinate multiple different physical actions simultaneously is superhuman. MadCap

I would say that her inhuman agility comes in the fact she can predict her oponent movements. Some sort of "While you are thinking about attacking me I am already attacking you".
Other than that what do you think of the character?

I would say that her inhuman agility comes in the fact she can predict her oponent movements. Some sort of "While you are thinking about attacking me I am already attacking you". Other than that what do you think of the character? Actually it is much more than just predicting her opponents. I'll just dump a quote from her wiki entry credited to some secret government expert analyzing her abilities. "Her individual moves are borderline human. It's her aggregate speed that's metahuman. Look -- humans can throw a 100 miles-per-hour fastball, smash concrete blocks with their heads, and run 4.2 forties. What they can't do is all of that at once. It's not so much physical as... as mentally impossible. Too much to coordinate." I mean that sounds pretty superhuman to me. I feel her Agility is on par with Captain America. And when we take into account, you gave her durability 4 which is superhuman, AGL 4 sounds good. As for the CAD, I just don't use the Spidey guide stuff. I especially don't like Iron Will. I feel Iron Will is a poorly designed Action. Besides I don't think it fits with Cass anyways. And I would have given her Ninja too. It just fits too well with her. AN about 8 too. I feel she is better than the Batman. She is on par with Lady Shiva. No photographic reflexes either. She isn't exactly Taskmaster. Prescience versus CC is enough, if you want to give her an edge. I'd even expand it to RC and Ninja when up close even. Though to be honest, If I was running I wouldn't give her that ability either, if it is a street level game I feel her high AN is enough to explain her ability to predict her opponents move. I'd just give her a circumstance bonus if she studies up on them, before making her move. Acrobatics also seems much too low too me. She is more agile and more Acrobatic than the Batman, in the Dick Greyson and Robin level. 6 probably. Targeting of 1 seems low too. I'd up that to 2. Plus I believe she has been speaking for awhile now, so unless there is some campaign reasons to make her mute, she doesn't have that challenge anymore. You did ask. MadCap

Agreed. I sent her as a possible CAD for the Teen Titan's game (hence that she is still mute) and she got bounced back to the design table a few times to reduce some numbers. The Photographic Reflexes is to show that if she knows you she already knows how you will attack and get 2 free stones against you also as she is so seasoned fighter, and she reads people when they fight, she can even learn their fighting style in the run... not that she would use since she knows better moves but she could if she feels bored . About her inhuman ability to do more than 2 things at the time you are right: with Ninja she could throw a batarang, bust someone's head open and run while doing it but since I planned to play her "inexperienced" I decided to just give a high close combat, a low ranged combat and the thieving action (which the 3 of them are included in Ninja). I decided on Iron Will rather than Concentration (other action in the ninja package b.t.w.) because she can combine it with more things. Mmm... maybe I will update her with this info you provided. Other than that... Thank you .

Story:
"I was raised from the dead as the new step in human evolution."
Dr. Nigromante tells it was a very respected doctor and surgeon until it was seen as a menace to the World peace.
Contracted polio at age six, which left its right leg looking thinner than the other, something that it always disliked about itself. It studied medicine and robotics and designed an artificial leg and tested it in itself after getting rid of its weak leg. It worked like wonder! It was even stronger than its natural leg.
It lived happily until during a super hero showdown a building fell over it. The other doctors made the impossible to keep it alive. After many transplants and operations they saved its life. It was left with a great deal of pain and it kept himself busy figuring out how to do better prosthesis than the ones given to it.
It returned to the place of the accident and retrieved its artificial leg and repaired it. Then it built a pair of arms and a second leg. Not stopping it created better versions of its artificial lungs, heart and the C.P.U. that replaced the part of its brain that was damaged. This new versions had nanobots that could repair themselves and its remaining organic parts with no external help, its brain was enhanced and it could control the unused parts of the brain allowing it to move objects with its mind. The experiments continued.
More machine than human the good doctor was seen as a possible recruit for the government but it refused. Now he is a fugitive and a so called villain.

Anyway, how do you call this thing? No name yet?
Ahem ahem... Hi there true believers!!! Name is Wadey if you didn't read my curriculum... oh, you did!!! You flatter me!
You know I was once your typical soldier. Ya know, fighting legions of barbarians by the sun rise, ensuring peace, getting paid and all the nice things about it like getting drunk until you can't feel your little piggies and more. I can tell you about all the good things but you know that bad things happen to good people like me... WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING!!!!! I WILL KILL YOU AND NOBODY WILL FIND YOUR... ahem.
One day I was doing what I do best when I had this extreme case of constipation or so I thought when an arrow pierced my gut. They told me that something was funky and I wasn't gonna get so meet my grandchild, which is funny because I don't have any legitimate children. Anyway I took the notice well and in a "controlled" and "non-violent" way I found these quacks. The wound healed, do you mind if I show you the scar? No, I won't take out my pants this time.
But that's enough about you, let's talk about me. WHAT, what do you mean with there is not enough space!! Maybe if I hit it very hard it will not complain about low space anym...*interference*
