Reed is speechless. How could this have happened? He had led his family to their deaths or was this all still a part of someone's sick joke. Is this what they did to Larry? Is this why he ended up the way he did. Someone would pay.

Reed was more sure than ever that this couldn't be his son or the true Spider-Man. This was all so wrong. In frustration Reed lashes out at the creature that looked like Spider-Man. He couldn't bring himself to strike the form of his son but he had to fight back or he was going to die in here.
"You are not Spider-Man and my son could never act this way!" shouts Reed.

WHAM!Mister Fantastic knocks out Spider-Man! Then Franklin pulls out a gun from beneath his shirt! Reed is hit, but there weren't real bullets in the gun. Mister Fantastic's Health: 2/3
