If you've checked out the thread "A few Ultimate villains" in the Villains section, you'll see that I mentioned designing a few of my own Ultimate versions of characters. Since at least a few people seemed interested, I've decided to post them in here. The reason they're here and not in the Villains section is because THEY'RE NOT OFFICIAL!!! Please keep in mind that I just made these new versions up for a campaign in the Ultimate universe which, as of now, doesn't have nearly as many villains for my players to fight.
Oh, and for clarity's sake, in some of the back stories I talk about a group of "S.H.I.E.L.D. agents". These are the players in my campaign; they work for S.H.I.E.L.D.
So, without further ado, let's start off with one of my customized villains that I'm just a bit proud of. Here's my idea of what COULD (and the key is word is "could") be the Ultimate Super Skrull.
P.S. First I'll post his original form, then I'll post his stats after becoming the Super Skrull. The plot hinted to in his backstory is a summary of the adventure I introduced him in my players.
P.S.S. Forgive the long backstory, but this made-up Super Skrull has a LOT of history.

HISTORY:
Liebner was the leader of a sleeper agent of Chitauri originally inserted into the Latverian political arena when the Nazis conquered the tiny European nation during World War II. Liebner remained the President of Latveria when the Chitauri war effort was thwarted, eventually replacing himself with his “son”, which in fact was a human child he raised to adulthood before devouring in order to take his place. In other words, the Chitauri who originally called himself Heinrich Liebner took on the role of his own son, Samuel Liebner (the actual name of the boy sacrificed was forgotten). As the years passed, “Samuel” found the need to do this again, in order to keep suspicions of his true identity at bay. Thus, yet another human was sacrificed in order to give way to the “grandson” of Heinrich, one Phineas Liebner. (So, when it comes down to it, the Chitauri currently called Phineas was also Heinrich and Samuel).
As President of Latveria, Liebner established a strong political alliance with the U.S., secretly sending his own agents over to try and steal plans for new super weapons. In his own country, Liebner kept the common men and women oppressed and loyal through fear and power, forcing them to work in his factories and make Latveria appear to be a paradise to the rest of the world. Once the Chitauri resurfaced and began laying the groundwork for a new attempt at world domination, Liebner focused his research on the development of new super-powered beings to combat the presence of such groups as the Ultimates and the X-Men. Liebner feared that these genetically-enhanced soldiers would be a huge obstacle to the Chitauri occupation, and in the end his fears came true when the Ultimates proved strong enough to completely decimate the majority of the Chitauri fleet, which came to Earth after being chased there by their former slaves from throughout the universe. Liebner and his sleeper cell, still under the cover of human form, were the only known group of Chitauri still alive.
Seeing how the raw power of a handful of super-powered beings could stand up to an entire Chitauri battle fleet, Liebner came to the conclusion that genetically-enhanced warriors were the key to conquering the human race with the limited resources he had, so he immediately pursued even further the goal of developing his own “Ultimates”. His scientists eventually brought K.L.A.W. and the Abomination into being, both of which proved sub-par compared to what Liebner envisioned. Then came the break he’d been looking for: the accident with the newly discovered N-Zone that resulted in the transformation of the Fantastic Four and Victor Van Damme.
Liebner’s agents had actually been present at the site of the accident, and successfully stole Reed Richards’ secrets concerning the N-Zone. Liebner deduced that if he could recreate the experiment in exactly the same fashion, he could start churning out his own warriors with the same powers as the five victims, eventually compiling an army capable of decimating anyone that stood in its way. The only piece of the puzzle that was missing was a collection of coordinates that only one person knew: Victor Van Damme.
Van Damme, it turned out, was already starting a rebellion in the bowels of Latveria, completely unaware of Liebner’s true goals. Van Damme wanted a country of his own to lord over and recognized the oppressive rule of Liebner’s regime as a way of garnering support from the broken down masses. Liebner used his political alliance with the U.S. to send in S.H.I.E.L.D to take care of the terrorist, informing the group that arrived that he wished to have Van Damme brought directly to him.
The S.H.I.E.L.D. agents found Van Damme, but were convinced by the revolutionary that Liebner was the true threat. The super-powered agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. joined Van Damme’s cause and assaulted Liebner’s palace along with Van Damme and his followers. In the ensuing chaos, Liebner used a specialized Chitauri invention to suck the coordinates out of Van Damme’s head, and made off to his military research base, where his own N-Zone transporter machine awaited him.
Van Damme and his new S.H.I.E.L.D. allies pursued Liebner, dealing with both multiple K.L.A.W.s and the Abomination, but in the end they managed to arrive at the experiment site before Liebner could send his first five test subjects through the N-Zone. Caught between a rock and a hard place, Liebner panicked and attempted to teleport away, making himself the only person on the transporter. This last-ditch effort to save his own hide had a horrifying and unexpected result: it granted him all of the powers of the Fantastic Four and Victor Van Damme.
Now a bizarre amalgamation of reptilian scales, orange rocky plates and metal skin, the Super Skrull (as he was later dubbed) went mad with power, using his new-found abilities to try and wipe the Latverian capital off the map. At first it appeared that he was stopped by S.H.I.E.L.D. when they left him trapped inside a building that then collapsed inward on itself. However, no body was found in the wreckage, and where he could possibly be now has yet to be determined…
