Thanks Dio, and wow The Dr. is crazy powerful. This is the only show I've ever seen that can make every episode epic, and still make the show pretty much mind blowing. I'm almost glad I don't have access to all forty something years of material. I'd be up for months watching it lol.

I think that cad is way overpowered. Doctor who is really just lucky and has the writers on his side.
INT: 6 STR: 1 AGI: 1 SPD: 1 DUR: 1
Gen Knowledge: 8 Luck: 10

Knowing the Dr and the fact that in the actual Dr Who roleplay he has maximum intelligence he should have an Int of at least 9 if not 10. He's got pretty good physical abilities, heals quickly, is brilliant- knowing almost everything, especially when it comes to technology and scientific knowledge. He's more than lucky, he is literally amazing.

He's able to change the course of time and space without really having to resort to violence. His equipment alone is way to expensive for a normal campaign. Frankly without an unlimited stone count I don't think a player would ever be able to accurately create him. I also think roleplaying this character would be very hard. Perhaps the only thing harder than roleplaying The Doctor would be GM'ng a Dr. Who campaign.

He was made by Gig. He has a habit of overpowering his characters. Take a look at his Wesker CAD. Although all of that might not be accurate either.

He was made by Gig. He has a habit of overpowering his characters. Take a look at his Wesker CAD. Although all of that might not be accurate either. You're one to speak, silentking. You're my go-to person when it comes to overpowering one's characters. ;D And, you usually say afterwards, "hmm, I think I've made my character too weak for what he should really be", lol. My Wesker WAS overpowered, intentionally. He was made for the Super Champions game with the intent of one day making him a major villain in the world, maybe even attempting to trigger a zombie apocalypse in the Marvel Universe, only more logical and less stupid than Marvel Zombies ever could have been. My CAD for the Doctor is rather accurate from what I've seen and read, and I have the Doctor Who RPG books for reference. So I'm convinced that what I wrote for him is perfectly done. Oh, and the Doctor is by no means an ordinary guy physically speaking. He's a Gallifreyan, a Time Lord, and Time Lords are much tougher than normal humans in many ways. As for the Doctor himself, he has learned various things, keeps running around, and is usually more physically active than your average olympic athlete. He's a tough boxer, and knows a good deal about fencing. He could probably kick the ass of most "badass normals"... AND some low-to mid level mutants/superhumans... of Marvel without risking his hide too much, although he would probably need to use his brains to win some of the time. The point is, the Doctor could be a fighter. He just doesn't want to be.
