Actions C. Combat: 3 str bonus R. Comat: 6 weapon mod Tech: 5 int bonus -intergrate weapons and armor systems and upgrades (only from robots or Dr. Light) Tech Healing: 4 (requires energy pellets, self only) Mega Cannon: (+2) Mega Buster: 6 (2x dmg, takes 1 panel to prepare) Acrobatics: 4 agl bonus
Mods Toughness +3 (no 2x dmg) Reflexive dodge +2 Targeting +2 Self contained life form
I know technically the Mega Buster energy weapon isn't allowed to have the disadvantage of taking 1 panel to prepare, but there it is. Just thought it added flavor to the character. What do you guys think the option on tech should cost?

I think he should have a tweaked or outright modified version of Steal Superpower.

yeah i agree. something on the order of: -only works on robots/powered armor/tech -must defeat enemy in order to acquire power -powers kept for 3 playing sessions or the rest of the adventure (gm discrestion) -no stored psyches
Cost 20-30 white stones (i'm leaning towards 30)
