I am designing a character who has all the powers of a hagfish. One of his powers will be to secrete slime at touch or short range to hinder his enemies. I want it to have some sort of stun option, but I'm not sure how this would be handled in game terms. Any ideas?

Sounds like could be done via phermones. Except as slime. Anyone else have a better idea?

Mastery of elements with the stun option?

Mastery of what element? It can't be simply mastery of elements. It has to be a mastery of something. Mastery of slime perhaps?

How exactly does a stun option work?

Points for using an obscure animal!
Hmmm....simple. Add the Attack Vs Defense/Ability to Disable. Flavor it as slime.

There's also a rule in the House Rules Assembled book for Entangling a la Web Shooters, which may work for what you want?

Look under Original Characters and you'll see.

On a somewhat related note, I can't think of your character's name without wondering who shot JR Ewing...
