Idk if this is the right Spot But I have been tring to Redo Steal Super power and this is wut i got so far.
Steal Superpower An+5
"holding Rule"
1 stone of draned energy =1sec in the panel
k so how it works is kinda like drain energy. where they put stones into the AN and "tuch" You draning there energy and geting there powers.
each stone drained does not go to your energy researve but to durration. Durration being 1stone/2panel.
You could in theary "draine" people to death this way.
The max amount of abiltys/mod/actions u can steal is = to your AN.
also can only "steal" 1 ability/action/mod per Drain normaly.
so fist panel u Steal forceblast form cyclops second panel while still tuching cyclops u draine his leader ship.
U have to Dran = to there AN/Mod/Abilty to get it to that lvl. E.g
u put 4 into steal super power to grab cyclops, he dos not see this coming so u get him taking 4 energy worth of his Optic-Blast. so u now how lvl 4 optice blast. for 8 pannels unelss u keeep draning.
If u start Draning there HP then they will be unconses for 3x the # r HP drained. so if they have hp of 3 and no energy and i drain 4r they will be at 1w 2r hp and will be unconses for 12 pannels.
so advantegs i got so far are.
No Max +5 to cost
#of powers u can steal is not affected by AN.
(Steal Superpower) Death/Coma = permanet power +1 to cost
if u dran them to 1Red HP or kill them draning then u get there powers forever.
(Steal Superpower) Duration = 1 drain / 4 pannels +1 to cost
(Steal Superpower) Duration = 1dran/ 6 panels +2 to cost
(Steal Superpower) Duration = An +4 to cost
(Steal Superpower) Get all actions/mods/Abilitys +3 to cost (insted of 1 per drain still will only have the AN = your drain.)
(Steal Superpower) Get at +2 AN +1 to cost
(u get a + to the AN/Mod/Abilty u dranied if u did not dran it to its max. e.g with the exsampe abouve insted of having lvl 4 optic-blast if u had this you would ave lvl 6optic Blast but u still cant get over there Max AN)
(Steal Superpower) only need to "tuch" +3
(a simple "tuch" 1stone will give u the full AN as aposed to draning it slowly.)
(Steal SuperPower) K.O +2 to cost
any energy(not hp) u drain will leave them unconses for 1 panel per draned energy "dmg" panels) (Must drain over Dur to leave them unconseous)e.g if they have the duribility of 4 and u have the steal super power of 6 u put 6 into stealing taking 6 stones at ruffly 1sont/sec so after 5 seconds of continuousd hold your "victem" will pass out talking "2 draned dmg over your Duribility" leving them unconses for 2 panels.
(Steal Superpower) maintain Duration +2 to cost
( Must use 1 energy a turn to maintain Durration)
all i got for advantegs so far.
as for disidvanteges i got
(Steal Superpower) can only use on 1 persion at a time -1 to cost
(Steal Superpower) Duration alway 2 (10 pannels) -1 to cost
(Steal Superpower) Steals there mind as well -2 to cost
( they might try to take over or ull loose yourself to your mind)
(Steal Superpower) Get -2 to AN -1 to cost
(Steal Superpower) can only steal Actions -2 to cost
(Steal Superpower) can only steal Modifiers -2 to cost
(Steal Superpower) can only steal Abilitys -2 to cost
(Steal SuperPower) No Theft -2 to cost
U do not "steal" their super power just copy it)

-Only need to "tuch"
-Unlimeted to steal
-Action to Mod
-Gain some of there consesness
-Unconses (K.O)
-Power out of controll.
making the total cost 40w for lvl 1. with all theas options tho.
