Ryan was born with the ability to teleport and wall crawling and was using it since 14 years old. When he was 43, he won the lottery. He decided to take a trip to see the great Pyramids Of Giza. His plane crashed in a remote area of Africa. He was found by a tribe there, and the tribal Shaman knew he would be a good warrior to fight against the vampires that were released into this world on the great galactic alignment of 2012, so he inscribed unusual angelic runes on his body. These runes gave him additional powers to fight off the evil scourge of the vampires.
;D
Hope you like it.

I might just be misreading, but I think you have Mutant Healing confused with Healing Factor....

No, Mutant Healing is not the same as healing factor. It's a lot like the Cleric ability to heal by laying on hands. It's part of the Healing Skill, which says Medical, Mutant, and Magical. I wanted something different than Wolverine's regeneration.

Well, just make sure you realize that this power is to affect "others". While I personally wouldn't object to someone healing-self in game via this Action, I've seen it ruled against in games since the description does clearly state in the first line that it's to heal others with. That being said, nothing unbalancing about the character. Looks good at a glance (and admittedly, trying to have a Healing Factor with a Durability 5 would be costly) .

Well, I wouldn't be opposed to have it being able to be used on self. Because, unlike Regeneration, that takes an action that can be disrupted. Regeneration is something that is a constant that is used without any form of concentration or effort of any sort and cannot be disrupted.
