So, after some more reading and understanding, I decided to reduce creation maximum in my game to 40 stones + challenges, to a maximum of 50 stones.
Also, I thought to make some "training characters", just to help new players get used to the system.
These two characters are built using my max 50 rule.

Charge object + Create element explanation - For the life of me, I can't remember where I read it, but I remember reading that you can buy an actions option as an action, at a cost of A#+2. So I didn't want the character to have a Mastery, but I wanted him to be able to create small, 1 stone pieces of rock (no bigger than the palm of your hand) to be able to charge and throw. So, A# of 3 means 3 stones max to attack with, but a stone is required to create the rock, and that stone doesn't count in the attack.
