Prescience: After you all post your actions, I will reveal to those with the modifier the attack stones of any enemies who's attacks will hit you. You can reallocate the stones you were spending that panel (And only those stones, you cannot change your actions entirely) into defense.
Limited prescience: See above, except you have one free action left per panel to use. (Ie... If Shadowcat is using both Technology, and Close Combat during the same panel, she won't be able to reallocate stones to phase shift.)
Power Level: After careful consideration. I have decided that from now on. All use of spending stones to gain extra actions does NOT in and of itself use an action. Therefore a person with 1 in Power Level can use 3 actions in a panel by spending a stone beforehand.
Spend one stone per panel to maintain: The Following actions do NOT require an action box to maintain.... Invisibility Shape shifting, Metamorphosis, Manipulate Body Density, and Transform Self/Possession.

Do I have any objections to the following rules?
Is there anything else you would like clarified?

I don't mind, but I'd like to suggest the following:
Since doing this would end up requiring more time, there might be a faster way to go, requiring a bit more planning, but which is maybe more adapted to a board-based RPG. Here's what I have in mind:
Rather than asking the player if he wants to reallocate his stones, getting the answer, and then updating (which itself could take a couple of days depending on who happens to have Prescience), I suggest that the players with Prescience post if they want to use it, and if so, up to how much.
For example, I'm in a fight.
I use 3 stones in Close Combat to punch a goon.
I use 2 stones in Acrobatics shifted in defense.
Since I have Prescience, and feel like playing it safe that panel, I also type at the end of my post:
Prescience: I will shift up to 2 stones from my C.C to defense if my current defense is not enough (I could have said the whole 3, but hey).
That way, the GM knows immediately how much they are willing to take off if they are attacked, and it still leaves a small bit of risk for the player, while still being a strong advantage over the non-prescient hero, and it takes no more time than usual.
What do you think? ^_^
