You'll be missed. ... especially when they do the inevitable "Blues Brothers 2000" treatment to a Ghostbusters sequel.

I'm bummed. He played my favorite Ghostbuster as a kid (I grew to love Venkmann the most, but Egon was my favorite,) and wrote and/or directed some great comedies (Groundhog Day, Animal House, etc.) RIP.

Although I certainly wouldn't discount the awesomeness of Ghostbusters, I think some of Ramis' best "work" was off-screen. When I was a kid Nick at Nite used to run "SCTV" (which had a brilliant cast) reruns, Ramis was mostly a writer but it was always fun to see him.
