I can't remember what it's definition in the book is. If someone could let me know, that would be appreciated greatly. Also, what can it be used in conjunction with?

I can't remember what it's definition in the book is. If someone could let me know, that would be appreciated greatly. Also, what can it be used in conjunction with? The rules on page 83 about combining with other actions include it as being able to combine with "many" actions. It's up to the GM what actions it can be combined with. If it were in my game, I'm generally fine with it combining with most non-combat powers (and with most powered actions, basically anything besides Close Combat, Ranged Combat, or Ninja) but that's just my ruling, some GM's will disagree with me on this one. Hope that answers your questions!

Yeah, the usual use is to combine with non-combat actions, but when I pick it I try to rename it so the action represents something flavorful. I think I have used Concentration as:
* In a gifted photographer as a "Picture Perfect" action, enabling her to notice things that "shouldn't be there" on a scene. * In an obnoxious nerd as a "Master of Trivia" action, to have access to useless data. * I think I grabbed it on another character that perceived time in slow motion, and had more time than a normal person to react to things too.

I have on occasion allowed players to use Concentration with combat actions, but only to mitigate situational penalties that would reduce the overall effectiveness of an attack (shooting an enemy amidst a crowd of panicked bystanders, accounting for uneven/unstable footing while brawling, things like that). Sometimes I would simply allow it (especially if it seemed appropriate and the player could justify it), but in other cases I have applied +1CL to Concentration to enable its use in that way; in either case, players could only use Concentration stones to offset situational modifiers, never to apply more damage than they could otherwise deal.
