Control (AN+4) - Add to STR, AGI, or SPD - Passive Resistance (as Modifier) to suffocation, starvation, and exhaustion - Active Resistance (requires action/stone investment) to poison, ongoing environmental exposure (cold, heat, etc)
Sense (AN+4) - Add AN to AGI (or SPD) for Initaitive - Detect Life Forms in an area equal to 1/2 stones invested on the Area Chart (invested stones must exceed the stones of those actively hiding to detect) - Sense emotions of a single target (as Telepathy vs. Int/Mental Defense) - Passively detect stress/trauma of close friends/relatives in Area equal to AN, including surface thoughts. Double range if they are actively thinking of the Force User.
Alter (AN+4) - Telekinesis - Project emotions/general impressions (as Telepathy, single target)
Lightsaber Combat (AN+6) Weapon Modifier & Ability Bonus, or Two Weapon Modifiers Adds 1/2 Sense AN as a passive defense against incoming Blaster Bolts Reflect Blaster Bolts (requires an Action, but no stones. Incoming blaster bolts that do not hit the Jedi are reflected back at the attacker with attack stones equal to the original attackers investment. Can only reflect a number of bolts equal to the wielder's Alter AN)

Modifier: Force Sensitive (3W) This Modifier is necessary to access the Actions Control, Sense, Alter, and Alter. The character may also experience flashes of prescience (at GM discretion), and is open to the pull of the Dark Side.
Modifier: Force Points (MN+4) Required: Force Sensitive This Modifier grants the character a pool of Force Points equal to (MN X 3) that may be used to enhance the actions Control, Sense, Alter, and Lightsaber Combat. No more FP may be applied to a single action than the AN of the Action itself. These points replenish at the end of an adventure.

Alternative idea to Force Points Modifier An additional ability that creates a secondary pool. Three options are available; Force (for Force Sensitives), Luck, and Savvy. Each character would have access to only one, and each would be available for use in only certain kinds of pools.
Force: Control, Sense, & Alter Luck: Defense, Social Skills, Gambling, "Perception" type skills Savvy: CC, RC, Technology, & Piloting

Over all some good thoughts Wildknight. I really like that you have split the force up into the 3 aspects instead of making it into one mastery. The other way around it makes for much more diversity from force user to force user.
Branches: For each branch of power, you could add them like specialties/options to give greater customization.
Detect Lifeforms: Having to invest half as many stones seems like allot. To sense an area of 1; invest 2, sense and area of 3; invest 6, ect.. There wont be any stones left over to spend on effect to actually detect life..
Special Pools: I don't feel like there is need for a second pool. Why is it you want it?
Deflect Blasts: why not use Reflexive dodge for the "deflect blasters" part of being a jedi with an option? Or make the light saber combat work like this: If your defense exceeds your opponents range attack, you reflect the number of stones it exceeds back.

could always use force kinda like magic from MuRPG with a main "force" and then side flavor force specialty.

What you have so far looks pretty good, but how would you handle dark side?
