Her first stop was the local bar, bringing her laptop along in order to do some research alongside a drink.
"I'll take a beer, please. You have wi-fi here?" she asked the bartender/barmaid/employee in charge of the bar.

"Sorry no Mamm." The woman said pouring and handing you a mug.

"Ah, that's too bad", she said, shrugging, as she paid and tipped him generously. "...Hey, heard anything about those weird deaths in the area? What's the word on that?"

"Yeah, word is it's some kind of wolf, or bear." He explained. "Fish and game has been looking into trapping it, but no such luck so far."

(OOC: This reminds me, I forgot something she'd be carrying in her car. She has forged I.D for various identities as well as disguises to go with them, such as a suit with an F.B.I card and the like. I was thinking of a Wildlife Conservation officer and probably reporter for some low quality paranormal magazine I.Ds as well. Not that she's using them at the moment, but just thought I'd mention it.)

"Heh. Bears can be smarter than people give'em credit for, am I right?" she said, taking a sip of her beer. "And where can I find those Fish and game boys?"

"I dunno. Either in the field or back in the big city. They don't give much of a damn for us small town folk."

"I see. Well... thanks for the help", Lyn said, smiling, as she proceeded to finish her beer. Deep down, however, she was a bit disappointed. Looked like that barman had barely any information worth her time... save for how people thought the attacks to be those of bears, or wolves. Needless to say, those were the most common culprits common folks came up with when anything close to a werewolf was involved. Either way, she needed more than this to go on.
When she was done, she thanked the man again for the beer, handed back the mug and got out. Time to look for the local hospital and pay a visit to the morgue. When I'm done drinking, heading back to my car and driving around for the local hospital.

A 30 minute drive later you arrive at the hospital in the nearest city.

The brunette got changed into a black three pieces suit with a white blouse, with a set of black 3-inches pumps, attaching a fake FBI I.D card in the inner side of her jacket, with her picture and the name of Amelia Walters. When she was ready, she stepped into the hospital, making her way up to the nearest employee.
"Excuse me. A moment of your time, please?" she said, showing them the card. "Agent Walters, FBI. I'd like to speak with the person in charge of the morgue here." 6 in Social Skills (Persuade, Bluff, Impersonate) to act as is to be expected.

"Sure. Right this way." He said leading you into the morgue where a bald man with a stern gaze looked at you. "You here to see the bodies?" He asked.

"More specifically those of the victims of those so-called bear attacks, if you still have them here. Failing that, I'd have to settle for the autopsy reports, although I'd much rather do the former", she said simply and to the point, acting as a no-nonsense agent there solely to do her job and nothing else. "Sure thing. We were about to ship them off for burial, but you're the boss." He said opening the drawers revealing four victims.

Carter grabbed a pair of gloves to examine the corpses, keeping any autopsy tools up close to help in her examination. "And what's your take on those deaths, Mr...?" she asked in a tone implying she'd like to know his name, as she examined the wounds, the teeth, the eyes, and so on, checking for anything out of the ordinary, strange, unusual, any signs of supernatural claw or fangs marks, missing hearts, animal fur left in a struggle, etcetera. Or, failing that, signs that confirmed those were indeed more mundane kills, fitting wolves or bears. 12 in Private Investigation (Forensics science) to check the bodies.

"I'll tell you the same thing I told the last guy. It's bulls***." He declared as you see bits of fur under the nails, and especially-
"How many bears you know of that like to pry open the ribs to eat the heart?" He asked as you examine the massive open cavity in each chest.
