I realized that there isn't anything about this series here. It's not a JSA series, since they get smacked in the first scene as part of the show's premise, it's a series about legacy and teenage superheroes and it's not a bad one. It has a wide array of secondary characters that get small moments and make the setting feel alive and a basic structure of hero origin, betting hard on both the found family/friends angle and specially on the legacy angle. It has more budget than the usual fare of the CW, or so it seems, so that tends to help. I'm a few episodes in and it's nice, well balanced and surprising.

Might give it a view then, thanks for the recommendation.

I.. don't think I'm looking forward to this. Checked that trailer and didn't really like what I saw. I really liked the runaways, but this .. well, guess it is a good thing that we got enough on the market to allow "us" to cherry pick what "we" like best. :-)

I watched the season finale a few weeks ago and forgot commenting that it's a pretty strong showing, interesting and compelling. I hope that the second season comes renewed and tap into both the legacy and the found family themes more.
