This immeasurably versatile effect allows the user to manipulate any physical vector in existence, be it its magnitude, its direction, or both. - Reverse Bloodflow/Reverse Bioelectricity/Rip Skin Off Body (Atk VS Durability, 3x damage.)
- Light/Sound Manipulation (Create/Manipulate Light and Sound as a Mastery; usable as Create Illusions at AN.)
- Brain Hacking (As Telepathy, Project Thoughts/Control Others, Edit Memories, Rewrite Personality; May not perform any other action in the panel when this option is used, as it requires very precise and complex calculations and manipulations of electrical signals in the brain.)
- Mutant Healing (May heal up to 2x AN White Stones of Health/day. Actually more akin to 'damage prevention' via manipulation of vectors to prevent wounds from worsening, control of bloodflow and redirecting hostile organisms and contaminants outside of the body to 'cure' poisons and diseases. A person 'healed' by this effect is still bloodied and should probably still seek medical attention, but they won't die and can still function. NOTE: This effect may also be used as a crude medical checkup to find out what ails a given person's body.)
- Planetary Vectors (As Atk VS Durability, 2x damage, Area Effect up to AN, Must use at Maximum AN and cannot be controlled; via slowing down a planet's rotation by half AN minutes, rounded up. Such an action would likely extinguish all life on said planet, and as such should not be used lightly. NOTE: Fine Control CANNOT be used with this option; it WILL cause massive, extensive collateral damage to everything on the planet no matter what. Cannot be used at this point; she must have at least AN 10.)
- Vector Analysis (Adds 'Vector Analysis' to Enhanced Senses, adding the modifier at MN 5 if the user doesn't already have it. The user can sense and perceive the environment around them entirely through vectors, allowing for many of the uses of this power.)
- Combat Predictions (User gains Half AN, rounded up, in bonuses from the GP to be added either to Attacks or Defense due to being able to predict opponents' moves by reading their vectors.)
- Subconscious Reflection (The user needs not even be aware of incoming attacks for them to be reflected or redirected; their subconscious mind acts as a Prescience effect for that purpose. Furthermore, the power could even block sound, light and gravity from affecting the user, though they typically subconsciously let them do so. At the user's discretion, those vectors could be blocked as well if they so wish for whatever reason.)
- Flight (Up to Half AN, rounded up, via manifesting powerful tornadoes in one's back to propel oneself, or up to full AN if using vectors to project oneself, though doing so is more difficult and requires more calculations, forcing the user to spend 2 Actions just for this purpose.)

The user may manifest dozens of Dark Wings, which are more akin to jets than wings as they spread a jet black ink-like substance that seems to swallow light. It also seems to distort the voice of its user in a somewhat unnatural, angelic-like manner. Its effects are as follows:
- Healing Negation (Injuries inflicted by the user's wings are extremely difficult to heal, reducing the victim's Healing Factor if any by 2 ranks; victims without Healing Factors will need 1 whole week to heal a single white stone of Health.)
- Flight (Up to AN speeds, Perfect Maneuverability; Can reach speeds of up to 5% of the Speed of Light.)
- Extension (As Stretching; at will; the user's wings retain just as much Strength as usual when doing so.)
- Ranged Vectors (When manifested, the Dark Wings allow the user to manipulate Vectors up to Half AN Range, rounded up.)
- Feather Stakes (As Force Blast, 2x damage, AP, Limited Area Attack or Area Attack, to fire a wing into dozens of sharp 'stakes'-like projectiles.)
- Resilience (May Substitute full Toughness for this Action's full AN while the wings are active; the user's body is considerably more durable then.)

Deepest Fears (As Fear; Area Effect of Half AN rounded up; those who witness this power in action will see their worst fears drawn from deep within their psyche manifesting around them.)- Foresight (As Clairvoyance, May perceive through time regardless of physical proximity, May only perceive distant events or the future.)
- Manipulate/Enter Dreams (Stones VS Intelligence + Mental Defense to manipulate dreams up to a Range of AN. If used to cause nightmares, the victim will suffer from Bad Luck for all actions of up to white stones of 'damage' for 24 hours, at user's discretion. Alternately, usable as Astral Projection to enter a target's dreams in an oneiric form to communicate/interact with the victim directly.)
- Mastery of Hellfire (Create/Manipulate; Force Blast - 2x damage, 3x damage VS Good/Light/Holy targets; Area attack, Sets flammable objects on fire, May only be extinguished by blood, milk, holy water or another use of this effect.)
- Primal Terror (As Summoning/Mastery of Matter/Energy; Power Out of Control; summoned creatures are always loyal to user. The user simply spends stones in this effect, and abominations born from the mindscape of all living beings within an Area of AN manifest into reality around the Lord of Terror, while the unholy energy corrupts the landscape around the user.)
- Red Lightning (As Force Blast; 3x damage, Area attack, Normal and Stun damage, Draining; Unholy Electricity element. Fired from one's palm, this devastating attack usually disintegrates those unfortunate enough to be caught in its blast.)
- Sense Fears (Stones VS Intelligence to sense target's fears and phobias.)
- Transform Self by Touch (10 stones to use, No need to maintain; transforms the user into the embodiment of the victim's worst nightmares.)

- Possession (As the Telepathy option; Body traves with spiritual self. If successful, may attempt again to fully expel the victim's soul and permanently possess the body. In the latter case, the user's influence will slowly twist the body into a copy of their original own after 1 week.)
- Sense Evil/Sins (Stones VS Intelligence to sense the sins of a target or whatever evil they have committed, or intend to commit.)
- Soul Dominion (10 stones to interact with a mortal or similar being's soul, 20 for an immortal, angelic, demonic, divine or similar soul. Once a target is defeated, killed, restrained, unconscious or similarly unable to defend themselves effectively, the user can grasp their soul and pull it out of their body. At which point, there's various options: just releasing it away similarly to a ghost or spirit, damning it to Hell, trapping it within a container, consuming its essence to empower a spell or power effect, or devouring it. Empowering a spell or effect with a mortal soul will add a +3 bonus to it per soul, whereas an immortal, angel, demon, divine or similar soul will add +1 per highest A/A/M; only AN souls may be used to empower a single effect at once. In that form, she can still affect the material world with her powers, and could potentially either construct a new body for herself or possess someone to return. STORY: Winter "Winnie" Axel Pryor was born of an unexpected union, that of former villainous-like antihero-turned wannabe hero Accelerator, the strongest level 5 Esper of Academy City, and one of his former enemies, the powerful and terrifying Goblin Queen Madelyn Prior, both the current Sorceress Supreme of Limbo, and the Black Queen of the most recent incarnation of the Hellfire Club of her own universe, who had been traveling between worlds in search of more power. Incidentally... she had found love instead, as the opponents felt a growing attraction for each other every time they fought.
As for Accelerator, digging a little deeper into her past revealed her nature as a clone, and the tragedy of her past with both Jean Grey and Scott Summers who saw her as expendable. This resonated with him given his own history with clones, and not only helped him realize that they were people too, but sparked increasingly strong affection for the one he once thought of as a foe.
While they never actually married nor settled down together, said union eventually blossomed into the birth of their daughter, whom they named Winter Axel Pryor - Winter in reference to snow, as she shared her father's white hair; Axel as a nod to her father's only known 'name', and Pryor, as said father lacked a last name, so they decided their daughter would take her mother's own.
Their family life was unusual to say the least; Accelerator was often on the move, actively saving people and fighting evil as a hero as often as possible in order to make up for his past sins, while her mother - despite accepting to be more reasonable and less villainous due to her love for her him, and her new responsibilities as a mother - nonetheless still had ambition and a love for power, so while she was a better woman in general, she was nonetheless still an active businesswoman and retained her position as Sorceress Supreme.
So Winter had an unusual and rather exciting childhood, sometimes spending time with an often absent father who did show up every now and then to spend some time with either or both his love and daughter, or being raised by a wealthy, powerful psychic sorceress queen with homes both in the fanciest districts of New York and other countries, and in another dimension filled with demons, goblins and countless other creatures.
Nevertheless, her parents understood that it might be a good idea for her to have as normal a childhood as possible - even given the circumstances - and when she came of age, she was sent to study among other youths of different backgrounds in a... relatively... normal school, for her to make friends and understand the difference between her life and 'normalcy'. She currently lives in one of the school's dorms, but has her own fancy apartment in her mother's own skyscraper in New York, and quarters in the Goblin Queen's palace in Limbo.
Of course, being normal is very relative to her; as she has developped the same Esper power as her father, and has shown formidable latent potential as a psychic and sorceress, like her mother. Her parents also suspect that she might even have inherited her mother's connection with the Phoenix Force, although she hasn't awakened it yet.
Winter has grown into a beautiful young woman, with red eyes and white hair as her father - though she dyes the latter red since she feels closer to her mom - with pale skin, likely due to her Esper ability. She keeps her hair loose and long, flowing down to her lower back, and wears red nail polish. She tends to favor both business suits and classy outfits, and elegant dresses, blouses, skirts and the occasional pants, but is much less of a fan of shorts, t-shirts, sweaters and other 'unrefined' clothing.
Personality-wise, she is used to a certain degree of pride and entitlement due to her upbringing and her two powerful parents - and extremely wealthy and renowned mother - but she is fairly desperate to fit in and make friends. She may appear cold and haughty at first glance, but that is only a facade she puts up due to her inexperience and lack of knowledge as to how to properly behave when dealing with others; in truth, she wants to be friendly and accepted, and is willing to change for it.
