NOTE: So, the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure's system of stats for their Stands is extremely vague, imprecise and too restrictive to properly describe what a Stand can do, so I have decided to make my own.
For starters, let's rework the Parameters, by adding a few and modifying some of the existing ones, for a total of 12.
Intellect - Typically N/A for all mindless Stands who simply share their user's own Intelligence, but sentient/independent/other appropriate Stands's intelligence may vary wildly.
Strength - Strictly covers the physical might of the Stand.
Speed - Covers both the agility, reflexes and movement speed of the Stand, as well as the speed of its abilities.
Stamina - Reflects the duration of time the Stand can maintain its abilities or affect its targets. Might apply to the duration that Stands binding to people or objects can do so.
Resilience - How difficult to kill or destroy is the Stand.
Mobility - Represents how far from the user a Stand can manifest and/or operate at full capacity.
Destructive Power - No longer linked to physical strength, this parameter solely focuses on how destructive the Stand and/or its abilities have the potential to be when it comes to collateral damage and/or endangering the lives of others.
Range - No longer linked to movement nor to mobility, this specifically refers to the potential range of the Stand's powers.
Precision - Measures accuracy and the ability to target specific objects or people and ignore others as needed, or lack thereof.
Safety - Some Stands are perfectly safe for their users and those around them; others are seriously dangerous. The worse this parameter, the better it would be NOT to have this Stand.
Utility - Reflects how useful a Stand could potentially be outside of combat, either for everyday life or other potential uses.
Development Potential - Measures how much room to grow the Stand has left and how far it can potentially improve. Note that a potential 'Requiem' form is NOT calculated in this parameter; technically speaking, any Stand has the potential to evolve into a Requiem version. This parameter reflects the evolution potential of the current incarnation of a Stand. NOTE: The more a Stand improves and masters its potential, the more this Parameter will go down.
Then there's the actual Ranks for each Parameter. E to A is a bit restrictive, especially given that originally, 'C' was 'average human level'. Let's get a bit more precise. Going from F to S, with two additional, separate ranks: N/A and EX.
N/A = This is a special Rank reflecting when a given parameter simply does not apply to the Stand. For example, if a Stand is bound to a book and cannot manipulate any objects whatsoever, it would likely have a Rank of 'N/A' in Strength, and some of its other parameters might - or might not - be lower (for example Speed, given that it cannot move, would only apply to the speed of its powers.)
F = This rank reflects a near worthless attribute, severe restrictions and/or a lack of capability entirely. A Stand with an F Rank in Development Potential cannot improve any further on its own, and has either mastered all of its abilities or never had room for improvement to begin with.
E = Represents below average human level, or otherwise very low value.
D = This is the new human-equivalent level. A Stand with a D in something is no better than a human can be, so at most a Stand with a D Rank Strength has about 3 AN strength.
C = This rank represents slightly beyond human level, or superior ability in the given parameter. Possibly still believably within the realm of human potential, but bordering on the 'woah, is that even possible?' line.
B = At this point, the Stand is clearly superhuman, or otherwise significantly good at what it does.
A = This represents an amazing level of power, borderline divine as far as normal people are concerned. Star Platinum, who can lift about 20 tons, has a Strength of A.
S = This level represents a parameter at a ridiculous but still measurable level. A Stand with any Parameter at this rank should be feared and/or respected.
EX = This rank is only applied to a Parameter so insane, it is immeasurable. Made in Heaven's time acceleration power would qualify, for example.
