This one I actually thought up a while ago but forgot to post. Hopefully someone will find a use for it. It's basically just a generic Force Blast with various advantages and disadvantages added. Instead of you charging an object you're in contact with ala Gambit, this lets you look at an object and simply have it explode. Much more simple, but no 2x damage.
<<EDIT: Removed the "cannot be improved" limitation. No cost change. Specified the range (doh!)>>
OBJECT EXPLOSION
Cost = Action Number + 4
Description
This is the ability to focus on a single non-living object within your line of sight and cause it to explode. You apply stones vs. the object's Durability... if you meet or exceed the Durability, the object explodes as an Area Effect, causing damage to anything nearby. The force of the explosion is the number of stones by which you exceeded the object's Durability, plus the object's mass in stones (the total can only go up to twice the object's mass.) The type of energy, of course, is simply concussive force. An attempt at explosion that doesn't overcome the target's Durability is a failure... you cannot apply stones slowly over time to eventually explode an object. Finally, the range of this power is 4.
Note that indestructible material/weapons cannot be made to explode, nor can adamantium or immaterial objects (energy constructs like pure force fields, etc.) Note also that you cannot alter the area of explosion by adding extra stones... if you just barely put in enough stones to cause a 5-stone (mass) object to explode, then the Area Effect will cover a level-5 area (100' diameter.)

This Action can be very powerful if used appropriately, but it does have limitations. The fact that the object must be within line-of-sight means that if the object is moved fast enough, it doesn't explode. And of course, no matter how many stones you apply to explode small objects, you're only going to get relatively small explosions.
Rule for Action Box:
Example
Bomb Boy is helping his team take down a supervillain who is trying to rob a bank. Bomb Boy has Object Explosion at level 7, with the condition that he has to say the name of the item he wants to explode when he uses his power on it. He sees the villain turn a laser gun on a teammate, and goes into action. Looking straight at the gun, he utters "gun," cautiously applying only 2 stones into his Object Explosion Action Box. The gun isn't overly large, and the GM decides that it's Durability is only 1, like most other smaller items. The 2 stones Bomb Boy put into his Action is enough to match that, and so the gun explodes with a total force of 2 stones (1 for exceeding the Durability, plus 1 for the mass of the gun.)
Had Bomb Boy applied more stones, the force would still have been only 2 stones max (since the gun was only 1 stone mass,) so his caution wasn't all that necessary. The area of the explosion is a 2 on the Area/Leaping row in the D&R Chart... 10' in diameter. So the gun is not only destroyed, but everything within 5' of it--luckily only the villain and a mailbox--suffer from the explosion. As the Area Effect of the explosion bypassed the villain's high Reflexive Dodge, and surpassed his Body Armor (his only other defense, +1), the villain suffers 1 red stone of damage, and loses his last white stone of health... Bomb Boy has saved the day!
