In January (on the 8th) I posted my take of Bullseye on the Green Ronin forums, written up for Mutants and Masterminds. Now that we have up to date and official stats, I wanted to post this back here and see how close I came. Sort of a reverse conversion comparison.

well, i wanted to build my favorite, and came to a harsh realization.... he can get pretty darn expensive if you really wna thim to be good at all the skills he uses. i got a reasonable facsimile in at level 10, with 2 disadvantages... so 170 pts total.
GAME STATISTICS
STR 16 "ok, new system has him at Str 3, which is about accurate here"
DEX 18 "again about the same... Marvel has it at 3. 3 if the same as about 15 to 20 in M&M"
CON 14 "alright, this would put hum just under 3 Marvel, or right at 3. They have him at 4 for durability. But the adamantium skeleton adds one to Durability, so again this is dead on"
INT 14
WIS 12 "the last two would be averaged into Intelligence really. Our average here is 13... just above human average. Right at 3 or 4 Marvel... and they have him at 4... so far I am batting 1000"
CHA 10 ~"no equivalent in marvel"

Ok, attacks and defenses and saves just plain don't work the same from system to system. But the base attack CAN be considered a factor in combat skills. But to try to get close the typical level 10 Hero has 10 Base Attack. After mods he is slightly above this. But then he can add his luck power (listed below) to any ranged combat.
Well, in marvel he has great ranged combat (rank 8) and targetting, which adds up to +5 free stones when any rnaged weapon is used... up to double the weapons original bonus. Remarkably enough many M&M weapons have the same basic binus, even though the mechanics are different. But they let us compare. A typical gun can have +3 to the attack... and a typical gun in Marvel can have +3... A specialized gun can have +5. So in MArvel he can get up to +10, and in mine the luck can add +10."

thats my take. The limited version of luck is what gives him the incredible ranged accurracy.

So all in all I hit it pretty damn close. The way Marvel does it is with targetting. he already has one of the highest Ranged Combats in the game at 8.... and then he can DOUBLE the free stones of any weapon, up to a max of 10. So a typical thug has Ranged 3, with a +2 gun for a total of 5 stones. Bullseye coudl shoot the same gun at 12 stones... over twice as well.
The adamantium skeleton is very much like the durability feat in M&M.
So all in all I feel pretty good about my take on Bullseye.
