They're unappreciated and undocumented, and there are plenty of them.
Example: Captain Ultra (done elsewhere on this site)

Man... he sure sucks. Daredevil had to be really new to his hobby to actually have problems fighting him.

Man... he sure sucks. Daredevil had to be really new to his hobby to actually have problems fighting him. Didn't most of the minor bad guys killed off at the Bar with No Name by Scourge. Kind of like a super villain spring cleaning. MadCap

What kind of supervillain goes to bar for supervillains? It just ASKS for a bomb from an anti-hero!

What kind of supervillain goes to bar for supervillains? It just ASKS for a bomb from an anti-hero! It was a setup. No bomb but just a lot of bullets! Basically this vigilante called Scourge was knocking off minor supervillains one at a time. So this supervillain called Firebrand called for a meeting at the aforementioned bar. However for the villains who came, the barkeeper of the bar was Scourge in disguise and he ambushed them. And Goats raised an interesting point about what he did with the weapons. A yardsale should help cover the costs of operations. Those special AP High Explosive bullets are probably very expensive. MadCap

Punisher did something similar at Stilt Man's wake. Spider-man showed up, kicked some ass then as carried out by the Prowler. Then all the minor villians learned that they had been poisoned and started collapsing. The Punisher took off his barkeep disguise and walked out. As he turns the corner the place explodes. I think it was in either Punisher War Journal #5 or6.
