Could use some tidying up.
But it seems mostly feasible.
One sticky issue might be the -1 for Flight. Most GMs don't like to give out more than 1 discount based on having another action (which TK already grants to Force Field.) Other than that though, it seems on the level.

I did not know that about only one negative on flight. I can bring it down. I mostly just want to hover instead of walk. I will get better at flight by LoE. Any other ideas? Do you think the force field is overpowered?

Do you think the force field is overpowered? Hovering instead of walking could just be Speed 1 anyway. In fact, if you want to really drop down the cost, I bet you could get a sizable discount for limiting your speed to "hover (speed 1) only" (maximum speed 5 is -1, so it should be more than that, -2 or even -3 seems feasible, but talk to your GM as there's no hard or fast ruling.) Extra stones could be used to carry or be shifted to defense. As for the Force Field...it's rules-legal but, yes, a tad on the powerful side. Adding an ability bonus to Force Field would do something like that, especially to make it effectively the same as an AN 10 Force Field for less than half the cost.

Actually, it costs 4 stones instead of Force Field 10 for 30 stones, so it's under the 6th of the regular price. ;D But yeah, technically, it's acceptable as far as the rules go. And after all, the character is still paying 24 stones for his very high Intelligence. Overall, a good concept, that would be usable in most games and is still dreadfully powerful (telepaths always are... ).

Just me cheesing a bit, I'd drop his int to 7 and grab Psycho Centric Power Template at 4 with the leftover stones. Lowers your energy regen by 2, but makes everything 4 stones more efficient. Edit: baldness is non-human appearance?... I know a lot of aliens then!

What is Psycho Centric Power Template? I only have the core rules, is it in another book?
Also, a question, can this character use prescience w/ force field? Basicly, if I put no points in defense, and then get results from the GM, can i then activate my force field for an impressive defense? If I am wrong in how this works, please educate me.
Side note:as for bald and piercing eyes, I was going off the core book that has Gambit getting 2 stones for having red eyes. And I'm a mutant, not an alien! (superman's a punk) I was kinda thinking in comics, its obvious who psychics are, either they are bald (Prof X, Martin Manhunter) or have funny colored hair (Jean Grey, Psylocke). I choose bald instead of blue hair!

Yep. Avengers Guide, p.44. Yes you can, and unless you are using the stones offensively, they are still going to protect you even against higher initiative characters. By the way, you could even get Limited Prescience (Force Field) for only 4 white, but regular Prescience allows you to shift stones into any action, not only Force Field. ^_^ True. "Looking non-human" (-2) is a challenge that applies to people who have a single or a few unusual traits compared to normal humans, traits that are usually easy to hide or to explain (wearing sunglasses for Gambit, "Oh, I dye my hair" for Psylocke, Polaris and the like). So his character definetly deserve it, lol.

Baldness unfortunately is. So getting hair implants is worth 2 White stones in your estimation then. Since it is neutralizing the baldness, hence the "non human" appearence. MadCap

After talking to darkpaladin about this, I am cool with the 2 point baldness thing! I am not certain I agree with his reasoning but I can handle it! Someone said something about using a 1 speed to 'hover'. That is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. Speed is for ground based music. Flight is for...you guessed it! I suggest a Flight 1 as a Modifier if you want him to constantly "hover". Everyone! darkpaladin is my player! Don't put any crazy ideas into his head! I can't deal with them! I hate telepaths already! Don't make me regret this!

Hey CaPun! Yes, everyone give me crazy ideas to stress him out! Muhaha! Don't worry if you really hate telepaths, i can always make a power ranger (use transform self for the morphing and power armor for a megazord!)

to answer the previous question, PCPT is to mental actions, what Targetting is to ranged combat... what claws is to close combat. It's MN+5 to add MN to all mental actions. If a character is mentally powerful without specifically being uber smart, this would be my choice for explaining it.

Think you should scrap the Force-Field.
