The only thing worse than my Wonder Woman CAD was my CAD for the Power Rangers. That's right, one CAD, five characters. I made it for a 40+10 stone game for a notorious power gamer and number cruncher. I decided to 'get him back' by exploiting every conceivable rule and making a powered armor character with transform self. It was insane, and I eventually got tired or revising it.

Backstories
Zordon aka "Chuck"
The story of the Cosmic Rangers started years ago, on Eltar, home f Zordon, the father of the modern Power Ranger, pioneer of the Morphing Grid and Master Techmage. When Eltar was attacked, Zordon saved what Morphing Grid technology he could and escaped to his outpost laboratory on a planet called Earth by launching himself outside of space-time using the Morphing Grid as his anchor. Unfortunately, the explosion that his former Red Ranger, now calling himself Lord Zedd, wreaked on The Supreme Command Center caused a problem in the transfer and created a temporal duplicate, another Zordon, also teleported to earth, but many years later and many years younger! This young Zordon was able to deduce his state, and from the wreckage of the Command Center teleported with him, rig up robots called Alpha 1, to protect him from the ravages of the virus that Zedd had infected him with, as well as Alpha 2, to serve as the support system for his renewed operation on earth, an Earth without Power Rangers…
Unfortunately, Young Zordon was burdened with the lackadaisical attitude of his youth, and didn't count on arousing the senses of Drex, holding silent sway over the world. With the return of the Power Rangers, Drex makes his presence known and Zordon finds himself at the center of an escalating war, one which has the young Eltarian recruiting the best that the galaxy has to offer. Facing the insatiable army and Drex's bounty hunters makes things hard for the rangers. Perhaps this is why Zordon chose to hide there in the first place, no one would look for him at the source of his race's weakness. While Zordon has been able to create Zords to battle these monsters with, what comes next is anyone's guess.
When out amongst the human populace, Kelly introduces Zordon as "Chuck." The name has stuck.
Kelly DeSantos
Kelly is the daughter of two forward-thinking scientists, Adam and Aisha Park, who dedicated their lives to investigating the morphing grid after their mentor, Zordon, was removed from the time-space continuum. Unfortunately, when she was young, one of their experiments went horribly arwy, and they, and their entire facility and staff were sucked into the Morphing Grid in a massive explosion of morphological power, leaving Kelly and orphan. Fortunately, she was adopted by her godfather Rocky, and though she has had a rough childhood, she has come out relatively well adjusted, though she can be a bit stubborn at times. She still remembers her parents fondly and remembers the explosion, as she was coming to visit them at their office.
Oddly enough, "The Power" that coated her parents had begun to wear off on her, apparently due to their longtime exposure to it, she, as their offspring was able to tap directly into the Morphing grid, an ability that other children of two rangers have also shown, but she has left completely undeveloped. Her adoptive father had her blood tested for this property by another "Ranger Scientist."
When Young Zordon discovered her, she was an angry outcast in the public school system, to independent minded to fit in, and cared far too much for people to stay on the outside. To him, she was the most qualified human on the planet, not just for her connection to the moprhing grid, but for her utter fearlessness, though it often became a hindrance when she set her mind to something. It's caused them to butt heads more than once, as Zordon feels responsible for everything, and Kelly is the first to point out that he doesn't know everything. Kelly gained the Red Morpher by challenging Zordon to a fight, and despite his immense power, he wasn't prepared for her to refuse to stop, even in the face of death, and he couldn't bring himself to finish her off.
As a leader, Kelly treats her friends and allies as extensions of herself, and stops at nothing to help everyone she can. She's drawn the ire of Drex by destroying his trusted General, and the admiration of Zordon by leading the Power Rangers fearlessly, and she's just getting started. She's ready to unlock the Red Ranger Battelizer mode for the first time, a feat that Zordon previously thought would be impossible.
Lyka "Gupta"
Lyka is a human from KO-35, a terran colony many sectors away. Humans from this planet occasionally journey to Earth, treating it as a sort of banishment zone or penal colony, with its low technology, and isolation from galactic trade routes. Lyka herself is just a simple thief, but this in combination with her mastery of her body and the unbridled potential in every human being, as well as her vicious revenge streak make her difficult to keep contained, and the fact that she stole from Drex makes the whole prison a target. She'd be unstoppable if it wasn't for her incredible clumsiness, which stops her at all the wrong times. It was Kelly who found Lyka, and not only defeated her in combat, with some encouragement from Zordon, but convinced her what she was missing in life, empathizing with her fellow outcast. Lyka swears by Kelly, and will follow her to the ends of the Earth, and beyond as needed. When enrolling in school, Lyka takes the surname Gupta out of convenience, and fortunately, the Command Center is able to help support the facade.
Vance Allen
Vance is special. Oddly, he's the next leap in human evolution. He's what they call a mutant. Unfortunately, a run in with the Insatiable Army as a child turned bad. He and some of his junior high classmates were on a field trip when Drex struck, as Vance watched his classmates get slaughtered, his mutant gift activated, and a massive mental bolt not only wiped out his immediate attackers, but also immobilized the entire Insatiable Army. Unfortunately, he burned out the aggressive part of his telepathy in this attack, and worse, overloaded a part of his brain, making him blind. Although he's become quite a womanizer in his teens, Vance Allen still has his heart in the right place, most of the time. And while he may not be the most 'let's go save the world guy' between getting revenge on Drex, getting the girl, and sticking by his brother, there's usually ample reward in there for this Ranger.
Wayne Allen
Wayne is Vance's younger brother, and although he's much less aggressive, he's generally more helpful. He honestly the peacemaker of their little group, which is probably why the Entity called the Cosmic Essence bonded symbiotically with him, making him eligible to be a Cosmic Ranger. The first time they met, Zordon scoffed at his meek spirit, the second time, Zordon was amazed that the Cosmic Essence had not changed him, an now, he's often the peacemaker between Kelly and Zordon. Wayne tends to avoid conflict, an is the one person who's ready to stick up for others as much as Kelly. He's also on Drex's hit list… or at least, the Cosmic Essence is for escaping Drex's cosmic Zoo. The Cosmic Essence itself isn't much more than a series of impulses and incredible power that bounces from life form to life form throughout the galaxy, the last time it was on Earth it inspired the Lightning Bird stories of Africa. It is always seeking to find a champion. Wayne himself is it's 345th host, and it's 12th champion, and because of its presence, Wayne's eyes are black with yellow irises, something he usually hides behind sunglasses and contact lenses.

Backstory:
Drex is the last of Zedd and Rita's empire. Years ago, when Zordon's cleansing wave removed all the evil in the galaxy, it removed the curses from Rita and Zedd returning them to a normal Eltarian male and a normal Human female. They could only remember their millennia as evil creatures as vague recollections. Unfortunately, insulated from this wave was a small bit of evil growing inside Rita's womb. Drex emerged 9 months later a monstrous child, rejected by his parents, as much for his appearance as for how he reminded them of their dark pasts. Drex survived in the landfills through pure grit, and through his ability to morph. As a morphological being much like Ivan Ooze, he was able to take whatever shape and form and skill seemed best to him at the time. His mind developed in deadly fast fashion, as is true of all Eltarians, and in his case, many half-Eltarians. Taking over a set of outcasts as the leader of some sewer dwellers, Drex gained a name, and made a name for himself. Drex understood how to create and fund a subterranean empire. It was Drex's utter shock that a woman found him lovable, and his cynical self-satisfaction when she betrayed him, attempting to 'save him from himself.' Modifying her genetically and taking advantage of her mutant ability to duplicate herself, Drex turned her into his Insatiable Army. His new lover, General Digita, formerly a Duchess of the machine kingdom, is much more loyal, though he has had to recreate her after The Red Ranger destroyed the first one.
NOTES:
Obviously this is a very zealous character attempt. I've included all my scrap work below on how I paid for the character to help you calculate how things work. One thing you may note is that I bought "God-Like Powers" for one of my characters, this action is only found on Loki's character sheet in the first book, with no given cost, I paid for it as though it were a CL+13 action. I feel as though I've given enough challenges to feel like I won't be rolling over everything, despite my characters being potent. Two things that limit them are their low Suit Intelligence, making them extremely vulnerable to hackers, and the like and the delays it takes to get anything going (panel to morph, panel to do a lot of things). It helps that I have, effectively 5 20-30 stone characters as oppose to 1 70 stone character. They can be 'picked off,' and with the loss of each ranger, their attack power drops exponentially. It'll also be interesting to see what you decide to do with controlling the Companions such as the command center unmorphed, or the rest of the rangers once I've gone into Transform Self, which doesn't have the companions. Also, I'd like to verify that while there are limits on when I can change into "Battelizer mode," I'd expect to be able to change back at will, that's the intent of those disadvantages, just like Hulk's 'out of control' disadvantage only applies to his higher form. The way you deal with the transform self limitations being paid for should be interesting as well. I also gave the higher form a nice 'Power Nexus' for you to play with, to represent how unstable the thing is, and how it needs to constantly spend energy to avoid spilling destructive energy everywhere.
I've attached pictures of the rangers and their zords and megazord (I know the mechanics don't match the coming together). I've also thrown in a sample of what's possible with Drex (named after the boss that you and Jeramie mercilessly wrecked multiple times years ago despite my best intentions). I've not included a backup character, if I end up needing one... well, I dunno. This is clearly a beastly "character," but I believe I've given you enough fodder for a good RP in doing so. And plus, it was fun, despite the hard work keeping track of everything. Thanks for the opportunity.
