As Crystar covers their retreat, Ika looks around for the stealthy Nightcrawler. It appears she has a few things to say to Kurt, but can't find him lurking in the shadows.

"It rankles me to flee like this, Koth." Crystar admits. "Why don't you and I turn around and settle things with Moltar?"

"And give your uncle cause to say we'd broken the truce?" Koth replies. "And get ourselves slaughtered by superior numbers in the bargain? I hardly think you'd want that, Crystar..."

The debate is interrupted by the approach of the dragon-rider, who first spotted Nightcrawler!
