I am trying to put together a Mastery of Time ability, but I am unsure what to put in there...speed for sure but other than that i am a bit at a loss...any ideas?

It's been done.....I know Dionon did a version, not sure who else though.

The thing is that I do not want to overdo it...my GM has enough to worry about as it is. Teleportation could work if he simply accellerates enough or stops time around him and walks. But travelling through time could be somewhat awkward to handle.

Well, the first thing is, what do you want it to do? Are you just looking to travel through time, or are you looking for a total mastery of time.

If you want personal time manipulation, take Actions and flavor them as a manipulation of time.
Reflexive Dodge becomes you slowing time down around you so you can dodge attacks (same for Prescience), high Agility and Speed reflect your ability to move more quickly than everyone around you, Healing Factors reflect you increasing the rate at which your body naturally heals itself. You may also want to get Immortality as a Modifier, since you'll be rapidly speeding up your aging, you don't want to run the risk of aging too quickly!

It's the best way I've found to do it. The mastery is probably going to be prohibitively expensive if your GM has any sense and slaps an Extraordinary Power thing on it (At least +5) I remember my original time character had a reworked Telekinesis and Force Field. The Telekinesis was renamed Temporal Manipulation and was used as speed instead of strength. The force field was just that, a force field just reflavored.
