I Ended up picking up this RPG instead www.memento-mori.com/octane/Very cool stuff, super easy to learn, lean, story focused RPG. Light enough to play as a party game, heavy enough to campain.

At first blush, that looks genuinely fun! But only if I can play one of the Taoist Monkeys from San Francisco.

At first blush, that looks genuinely fun! But only if I can play one of the Taoist Monkeys from San Francisco. Perhaps I will run a game eventually. One possible and fairly common die roll result gives players 100% narative control for an action. That totally breaks most GM conventions for a game so I will run it when I am in the mood to be ultra flexible. If I run it, you have dibs on the Taoist Monkey.
