A friend of mine plans on going into writing youth fiction, with the scheme of creating a YouTube account to get followers as a way to tell publishers "Hey look, I already have a fanbase!" I'm just doing my part to advertise for her! www.youtube.com/watch?v=5aFqCvpfBPM

Done and done. BUT... I humbly suggest she at least consider changing her YouTube username. I'm guessing she didn't intend it, but "fukt" IS a common internet alternative spelling for a word that might not be appreciated by the youth publishing industry. Intentional or not, people are reactionary and prone to... uh, reacting, and I'd hate to see her inadvertently derail herself.

She thought about it (the 4channers that got to her page made sure to let her know). I think the reason she's keeping it is because she already wrote the theme song and all that jazz.

She is cute and entertaining, but the music is too loud compared to her voice . . . and yea her screen name is unintended comedy gold, the first comment on her first vid points this out.
It may seem knitpicky, but her screen name alone will turn off potential publishers.

I guess I should have said; I can't actually LISTEN to the video. I still have no sound. I will soon though. The new computer will be mine soon. Oh yes. She will be mine.

So, just to update on this, /b/ is still flocking to her but, surprisingly, they haven't destroyed and actually (in some twisted, /b/tarded way), seem to like her. Go figure, right?
