I just felt like posting my own Cole CAD. Now this isn't my first CAD conversion on these boards, it is the first to be posted here. Okay lets see how accurate this is. Note my sources is a site dedicated to the Infamous game. Also this Cole at the beginning of the game. Before you upgrade anything and get new powers.

Height:5'10''? (My own guess, so I request on some help for this.)
Weight:? (I am not even guess on this one, so some insight?)
Eyes:Blue(Reason:The official inFAMOUS pic of Cole revealed his eyes were actually blue.)
Hair:Brown(Might be a shade of it, but the official site picture of Cole has me pretty positive this is correct.)
Species:Conduit (Infamous version of mutants.)
Gender:Male
Abilities:
Int:3 (Reason:I can't tell how smart he is. But this might be reasonable enough.)
Str:4 (Reason:He is said to have enhanced strength, so I am guessing at least one point above Peak Human is enough.)
Agi:5 (Reason:Cole is very agile in my eyes. Heck my sources say his agility is above human also. But 5 might be too much, so if enough of you say so, I will drop it to 4.)
Spd:2 (Reason:Doesn't seem to be that fast and my sources don't include this as one of the things that got upgraded.)
Dur:5 (Reason: Cole can take bullets like a champ. Plus he is said to have enhanced durability. I might lower it to a four if enough people say so.)

Energy:18 (Reason:I think he qualifies for having an energy battery)
Battery Core:12 (Reason:This is only for Cole. Basically if you use certain attacks, not only do you use your regular energy use also use up some of these. Can only be filled up by draining anything electrical.)

-Electromagnetic Shockwave:Does no damage but can be used to push people or unrestrained objects away. Costs one battery core. Amount of stones versus weight to blast away. Can also be used to push back grenades or rocket launchers.
-Electric Drain:Works as Improve Drain energy with the following additions. For every stone put in, Cole gets that many Battery Cores back. Also, for every three stones used, one stone of health is healed. Can only be used on anything that holds a lot of electricity. Cost no Battery Cores.
-Thunder Drop:Must drop from a higher place first. For every 5 meters you fall while using this power, you will get a free stone which is automatically put in the area/leaping to see how wide the shockwave is. Area effect. Cost no Battery Cores.
-Psychic Vision:As Telepathy, but can't read minds, works only on the deceased and is only used to see the last thing that person saw.
-Disadvantage:Can't touch guns without causing it to explode, and even cars explode if he gets in one.
-Potential to gain new powers.

Wall-Crawling:2 (Comment:Should he get a situation modifier for using metal objects to climb?)

-Can be able to pinpoint the echoes of a person who is recently at a location (Reason:Based on when you had to find Brandon Carey by following his echo into the sewers.)
-Locate any electrical devices that you are able to drain. Also locate Dead Drops and Blast Shards.
Accelerated Healing Factor (Reason:The site actual has this under his powers. I might lower it to a regular healing factor or 2x Natural Healing Rate. But Cole can definitely heal faster than the average human.)
Reflexive Dodge:1 (Reason:My source also says that he has increased reflexes. Might raise it by one more.)
Energy Battery:1 (Reason: Cole is suppose to throw out infinite Lightning Bolts. He needs at least one of these to compensate that. Although thinking it over maybe I should get rid of this.)
Immune to Falling Damage (Reason:I would just put in toughness, but then again people throw rocks at him and that stings. Plus there are the bullets. Cole can drop from any height, well from what I saw, and walk away without being hurt at all. No way I can give him a high enough toughness to cover that without making it that most bullets will bounce off of him.)
Immune to most diseases (Reason:His immune system was enhanced as well which is suppose to explain why he has a healing factor. It takes something like Sasha mind control, or Kessler's toxic bombs to affect him.)
Challenges:
Shunned by most people:-2 (Reason: After the Voice of Survival revealed a footage of Cole opening a package which caused and branded him a terrorist, a lot of people started hating Cole. Only Zeke stayed by Cole's side and it was obvious that he wasn't completely trusting him at that point.)
Karmic choices:-4 (Reason:As conflicting interests but with a new spin on things. Cole is frequently given choices with one being good and the other evil. What ever choice he makes will decide what powers he will get and might even give him the Non-Human appearance challenge.)
Can't drive or sit in a car:-1 or 2 (Reason:I forgot how much this challenge actually cost. But Cole can't get in a car without causing it to explode.)
Vulnerable to water:-2 (If Cole is in a huge volume of water he automatically loses one health for every panel he is in it. It actually has to be a lot of water since standing in a puddle just makes it that anyone else inside is electrocuted. If Cole is fully submerge in water, he automatically dies.
Equipment:
A backpack that also holds a cell phone that can't be shorted out by Cole.
So what are your comments on this? Good enough? No where close to what Cole actually is like? I am not one hundred percent done but that is because I can't tell how to price it. Remember this is Cole before he gets any new powers or is upgraded.
Edit:I forgot to put in the Energy Battery which I had mentioned Cole deserved to have at the beginning of this post.

Edit 3:Looked at the official inFAMOUS site and saw that his eyes were actually blue. Also found the correct hair color. I hope...
Edit 4:Thought about what would happen if Cole only had one stone of health left. So I decided to make Electric Drain a mega version of the improve drain energy action.
Edit 5:I forgot to add in Create/Manipulate element in Cole's Mastery of Electricity action.
