I know a guy who does artwork for marvel. As far as He has seen Disney has not made any major changes to Marvel at all. If anything he and the other artists have said that internal standards on quality have been starting to rise...
Marvel has always had a habit of making some kooky decisions... I don't think any of this has much, if anything to do with Disney. Disney picked up Marvel to expand their access to the young male market. Disney has been sliding more towards princesses over the years and rather than create a new market, they decided to pick up marvel and start playing marvel shows on the Disney channel.

I like it. It will probably be terrible, but it still sound cool. At least it isn't zombie-skrull-hockey team-beyonder-god made-robot madness. Hopefully.
