~Cowers under bomb shell~ I like the show >>; then again Im not looking at it as a extension, its tv anything on tv is not comics brought to life but concepts formed into entertainment.
As to robins laughter,I feel its a piece to accentuate whats supposed to be a mischievously playful kid like side of him, hes supposed to be around 12 and face it, hes like 20 going on 25, hell flash is more kid like than he is.
Speedy is epic, wally is actually my favorite character personality wise, I love Miss martians powers, hate her mixed feelings on aqualad, highly amused by superboy, heartache for superman (I watched smallville! its synergy! See tv there) ..hope they do something cool with next season~ or newest episodes
Shout out to Doc Fate!

Hiya, Puck! ^___^ Welcome to the forums!
I'm really looking forward to the next episode. It feels like they've been on break for a long time.. They're already 9 episodes in, which only leaves 14 in the season. The plot should be thickening soon..

I continue to be mystified by the mentality that "it's a different medium, therefore it's acceptable to ignore everything that the fans know and love about the original." That's just plain stupid. I call it Peter Jacksoning.
"Let's see... Lord of the Rings is the best selling fantasy novel of all time, and one of the best selling books of any kind. So... CLEARLY I need to make changes to make it more acceptable to audiences!"
*facepalm*
In the case of YJ though, it's not just the problem that there are changes... its the problem that so many of the changes SUCK.

Nothing mysterious about it. Rampant Ego sees something awesome he didn't create and/or wants to profit from, so he decides to "make it his own." Yeah, sorta pisses me off, too. I can wrap my brain around the different medium argument, but change for the sake of fluffing up a writer/director's ego irritates me.

Some changes may be necessary, and some are accidental or represent failings on the part of those who transitioned the material to a different medium. But changes for the sake of changes are just annoying and a little insulting.

I do like wut they did with super-man/batman shure it is out ov carericture but thik of it as its own thing, superman just lurned they made a clone of him witch he had no knolage of, and he did wut most would have, he has no idea wut to do, or how to vew his clone. it is not his sun and it is not him. shure batman is better with handaling kids in this he has 1 at his house.
as for megan i dont hate her just the Hello megan crap. do not know y they are pushing her and superboy togeather.
i dont get robins problem with sematics altho the laugh is probily to Burn into your mind he is young and reckless and that he views all of this as a game.

I just read a comment on youtube, while watching the episodes that I didn't see, that said "It's scary that batman makes a better dad than Superman". Does anyone else agree with that? 5 people definetly did.

Batman Has a chile he has adopted at that time and for all we know superman is not even maried. im thinking batman would make a better dad by that thinking alone. but the issue is not about being a "Dad" it is about exsepting a False "Child" it is almost like if you from the future came to u and gave u your child 4 years early. wut would u do? how would u react?

People are far too easily annoyed these days and need to grow a thicker skin.
Batman has had more experience in training and dealing with youngsters than Superman has had.
In many works of literature, there has always been animosity towards' one clones, because it's often seen as an infringement upon one's own personality. Not always, of course, but usually. Plus, Suberboy was cloned without any regards to Superman in the first place. I don't understand why Superman isn't pursuing this matter further, especially since Cadmus, in this series, seems to be a shadow organization with no regards to the laws and rights of people.

The problem here is that Superman isn't acting like Superman. You can justify it all you want, but the fact is that the Superman we all grew up with is nicer to his enemies than he is to this clone of himself on this show.
Comic book Superman; adopts and raises one of his worst enemies' son (Christopher Kent)
YJ Superman; won't even say a kind word to his own flesh and blood.
Also, how do you know Superman isn't looking into CADMUS? We have no idea what Superman is doing most of the time.

There have been 10 episodes so far, and 11 and 12 are yet to air. That would wrap up the season. I think the show was released a little late, so they could only cram in a little more than half the season before summer hit; I imagine they intend to make up for it now.

I've seen many different versions of Superman. In this case he is acting human.
Right now, he is confused and is trying to sort things out.
And until the show shows him looking into it, I take the default position of "not".

Acting "human"?
Well, for starters, he's not. Human, that is. And more importantly, he's not acting human. He's acting like some humans. Superman is supposed to represent the best of us, not the worst.
Regarding CADMUS, you can take whatever position you want. IMO, it's always stupid to assume that just because something isn't going on "on camera", it's not going on at all, particularly when that something involves someone who isn't a primary character.
