Here in the weekend (or a weekend when we are futher in the futur), me and some friends was doing some DnD´ing,
and as it got late (VERY), we started getting longer and longer breaks.
We started to talk about vampire Requiem, Werewolf forsaken and Marvel.
Some one started talking about movies then, and AvP was brought up and i mentioned that some one
had made a Wrightup of the predators and aliens, and they thought it would be cool to try playing it.
I then started to work on the predator, since the players will be playing those (THEY OWNZ ALLZ ;D)
They are based mostly on the movie predator and some things are from the game
(cause allot of the stuff in the game is just for Game Balance).
Like when did you see the predator stop to charge energy...
But what i would like from here is some comments, suggestions, critisism, flamming
on what ive put together so far... Ive been helped by the movies, some sites and the inspiration from here ;D
The predators all have a standard equipment. They can all be personalized in some way (how it looks for the most,
but making your own weapon should also be a option, the player simply thinks of something
and the GM decides if its valid (Ultra Powerful Plasma caster with no flaws is not valid).
Racial Traits
- Claws: +1
- Animal Sense (Smell, Hearing): 3
- Thermal Vision: 5
- Enhanced Immune system: 4
- Healing Factor (maybe)
- Max Abilities 4 (except Intelligence)
- Close Combat is "Ability" Bonus & Wristblade Modifier or Weapon modifier.
Armor:
- +1 defense
- Cloaking Field: 6 (Drains 1 energy every panel)
- Energy Generator: 12. Regen 3 pr. panel
- Bomb: Area effect 6 and damage of 18 stones
Mask
- Vision Modes: Thermal, Electromagnetic, PredTech: 8
- Targeting: +3
- Waterbreathing: 4 hours
- Recorder, Zoom Function, Sound ambilifier
Medi-Comp:
- Used to heal Various wounds with medical equipment. Needed to use Medical Skill
Charge Emitter:
- Creates a high nonelethal bolt of electricity which damage and destroys curcites.
Wristblade: +3
Plasmacaster: +4
- 2x Damage
- Chargeble with Are effect
- Range: 4
Besides these, they can choose other weapons and equipments which isent
in the standar equipment.
Im planing on giving them some extra stones to personalize their predator,
so they dont all look the same.
This is both for Actions and for their weapons and equipment, and im unsure if i should allow
them to make the predator completly them self... Both Abilities, Actions, Modifiers.
But so fare i will allow them to... But Max in abilities will be on 4 (except intelligence).
So i would really like some comments on that.
Like the predator in the AvP he had a throwing star instead of a disk, one had longer blades, one had a different stick......
Also home brewed weapons should be allowed, since it looks like some predators have weapons some others don´t.
I have however added all of them here.

- Damage=Panels victimes is disabled

Besides this, the predators also have some racial traits... Like the claws thats been mentioned.
But they also have Thermal vision without the mask. This is not as good as with the mask.

Ive done some search and found different things that could help in
creating the feeling that the players are in a Yautja soceity.
Cause getting Honor and awards, pricez is what Preadators are all about.
I wanted to post this ;D ... Great for making NPC´s
I stumbled over a site that seems to have allot of info that ill be reading throug for the next couple of days.

When ive gotten the most into my head (where ever there may be room), ill see when my Player group wants to trie to play.
Ill add the Xenomorphs at some other point...
