I got the stats directly from the game, but I am estimating on all the actions and mods.
**BOTH MODIFIED**
Minuteman (from FF) (Frank Stiles)
INT 3 STR 5 AGL 4 SPD 4 DUR 4
h/e 4/12
CC 7 -STR or Weapon bonus -Staff fighting -Punching -STUN attack (versus DUR).
Ranged Combat 3 -Thrown Objects
Hyperleaping 3 -add stones to STR when leaping
Leadership 4
Nuclear Science 4 -INT bonus -Assembly/handling/dismantling of nuclear warheads
Social Skills 3 -FF protocol -Nuclear plant (personnel and ops) -Senior citizen culture
Modifiers: Mental Def +4 Toughness +2 Reflexive Dodge +1
Equipment: "Vigilance" (staff) +4 (adds stones to CC)
Had a ranged attack in FF, but I didn't include it because its rather minor. Instead, I gave him a STUN option on his melee. -------------------------------
El Diablo
INT 2 STR 3 AGL 3 SPD 3 DUR 4
h/e 4/12
CC 2 -brawling -streetfighting
Mastery of Fire 8 -Force field -Force blast -NOT immune to own blasts -Overstrain
Flight 4 -purchased with Mastery
Social Skills 2 -FF protocol -Street gangs
Modifiers: +1 Toughness
(shouldn't have Toughness probably, as he can make a forcefield).
Not much to these guys. And I'm pretty sure the stats for characters were different on FFvTR.

Well, I'll have to re-do these. In FF, a "1" is really indicative of a negative. A "2" is considered normal. Thus, everything should be lower by 1 (except for INT, on which I'm making an educated guess). I'll post some more of these later, for anyone who gives a damn.

That was a great little game, olde worlde comic feel and all that. Best part was being able to make your own characters, and all the mods that sprung up. They made a sequel (I bought it but it's still sat on a shelf) no idea if any good or not, or more of the same.

Freedom Force versus the Third Reich. I played it just about straight through. It was more humorous than the first, and an interesting game. They ended up having to face an improved version of Alchemiss (who'd been possessed, basically).
I agree -- very campy and very much fun.
